Max's service was excellent, absolutely perfect, a 100/100! He always handled our needs well and gave us satisfactory answers. From the initial communication to the end of the trip, Max cared about us. The vehicle was a bit old, but it didn't affect the overall safari experience. We spent two days in the Masai Mara and saw lions, cheetahs, buffalo, and leopards. Because it was a group tour, we couldn't see the sunrise and sunset in the parks. Some optional activities weren't clearly explained, such as the Mara River trek, which required a 1000 shilling fee per person. Our driver, Titans, only deserved a 70/100. He was a responsible driver, but not an excellent guide. In Nakuru National Park, we saw nothing but rhinos and giraffes, and only had two hours for the tour. In Amboseli National Park, because we were in a hurry to leave, we missed the only opportunity to see Kilimanjaro. Well organised and fantastic tour.

An African safari had been a bucket list holiday dream for both myself and my partner for a very long time. After the first Safari company we choose stole our deposit, we were hesitant to book with another tour operator. We decided to go with Topma tours and weren't disappointed! We told Max what we wanted to see and he made it happen. Max organised everything smoothly from transport to accommodation, tour guides etc. Any time during the Safari when we had any questions or requests, Max answered his phone promptly. Immediately attending to our needs, and comforts We were able to see all of the big five in the first day and then again many times during the ten day tour. Our drivers were all fabulous in both Kenya and Tanzania . Our Kenyan guide Kaisane is a Masai Warrior and made us feel safe and secure at all times. Our guide Joseph in Tanzania was also very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing and affordable safari experience!

I want to thank Max and the team for providing me excellent service along my journey across Kenya (Maasai Mara) and Tanzania ( Serengeti and Ngorogoro).
