Arrival in Lilongwe and Transfer to Mangochi Upon your arrival at Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe, a friendly representative from Henry Tours And Safaris will greet you and accompany you to Mangochi. Your destination is the stunning Chembe Eagles Nest Lodge, nestled along the shores of Lake Malawi. Spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Transfer to Liwonde National Park
After a leisurely breakfast, depart Cape Maclear for Liwonde NP, enjoying a comfortable 3-hour drive through scenic landscapes. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at Mvuu Camp Lodge, your home for the next two days. Settle into this tranquil setting, surrounded by nature and wildlife, and spend the rest of the day relaxing or taking in the natural beauty of the park. Day 4: Wildlife and Cultural Immersion in Liwonde NP Start your day with the peaceful sounds of birds at dawn, followed by the awe-inspiring sight of the sun rising over the lush vegetation of Liwonde NP. After breakfast, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the nearby communities, immersing yourself in the local culture and learning about life around the park.
