Arrival In Uganda| Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
On arrival in Uganda, you will be picked up by our representative and embark on the journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On your way, you will make a stopover at the equator for some pictures and see where the imaginary lines meet. You will have lunch on your way. On arrival, you will check into your hotel, have dinner, and then retire for the day. Dinner and overnight stay: Ruhija Gorilla Friends Resort. Day 2
Gorilla Trekking | The Batwa (Optional)
This is the day for gorilla trekking, which starts early in the morning. You will have breakfast, then head to the park with your packed lunches for the dos and don’ts while trekking. After the trekking guidelines, you will start the trek. Gorilla trekking takes about 3-7 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Once you locate the gorillas, you will spend 1 hour with them, then trek back to your hotel to freshen up. You will also visit the Batwa. There is an indigenous group of people who are believed to have lived in the forest for about 500,000years. Dinner and overnight stay: Ruhija Gorilla Friends Resort. Day 3
Transfer to the Inshasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park| Game Drive
You will have breakfast, then be transferred to your destination. On arrival, you will have lunch, then later go for a game drive. The Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park is well known for the climbing lions. During the game drive, you will notice the lions hanging on tree branches. After your game drive, you will be driven to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. You will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival, you will go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. During the boat cruise, you will see various animals and bird species. After the game drive, you will have lunch, and then later that after go for a game drive if time allows. You will have breakfast, then embark on your next destination, Kibale National Park. Home to the world’s highest number of primates. You will have lunch on arrival, check in, and then visit the Bigodi Swamp. After, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Chimpanzee Trekking|Transfer to Entebbe
You will have breakfast, then head to the park with your packed lunches for the dos and don’ts while trekking. Chimpanzee tracking takes about 3-hours depending on the location of the Chimpanzees. Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will spend 1 hour with them, then trek back to your hotel to freshen up. You will then embark on your journey to Entebbe. Full-Day Game Drives in Amboseli National Park
You will enjoy a delightful breakfast, then go for game viewing; this will be the only activity throughout the day. You'll enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro as you drive through the wilderness. Animals to look out for include elephants, zebras, cheetahs, and giraffes, among others. Day 10
Ball Safari (Optional) | Full Game Drive| Visit the Maasai People
This is an action-packed day filled with various activity, the day will start with breakfast, then later go for a game drive with your packed lunches. You will spend almost the day in the wilderness in search of wildlife. Animals in the Masai Mara include the Big Five, which are rhinos, leopards, lions, elephants, and buffalo. Other animals are the wildebeests, cheetahs, and hyenas, among others. After the game drive late afternoon, you will visit the Maasai people. An interesting edutainment since it encourages foster learning. You will learn about their way of life, history, and culture, and see some of the beautiful crafts they make, like beads, stools, anklets, necklaces, bags, among others, which you can buy as souvenirs. Great customer care skills Visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park has always been on my bucket list and Dyloz tours made it happen. Everything was great. Diana was so accommodating and fixed all request in the shortest time possible. The no delay policy from the Dyloz team is something that wowed me. My first ever Safari: Hospitality, Professionalism and Transparency!
First ever Safari! Hospitality, Professionalism and Transparency I was in Uganda for a visit during which I heard of Dyloz Tours while on a road trip. They recommended a tour at queen Elizabeth National Park and Murchison falls National Park and to visit Kampala and Jinja. I was initially skeptical as I was on a budget and thought that it would be too expensive, I also had security concerns since was travelling alone. However, at Dyloz tours I experienced famed warm Ugandan welcome and hospitality and I felt safe and at home. They arranged for me a budget tour with utmost transparency and professional competence. I chose to go to Kampala and to Murchison falls national park. In the capital city I visited Namugongo, where the memorial of the Ugandan Martyrs is located. At the National park I went for my first ever safari. The Murchison falls were soo impressive! wow I really enjoyed it there, it was a good trip. We began the trip at about 10am so we missed the legendary sunrise drive but then the boat cruise was very interesting, wow! We saw impressive animals, the Elephant and the giraffe among others. Emmy my tour guide was just exquisite. The next I come to Uganda I definitely need to see more of the fascinating nature and wild life… I made friends with Aloysius and Diana and I am definitely rebooking my next safari with Dyloz tours.
