You will transfer to Volcanoes National Park for an overnight at Isange Paradise Resort, awaiting your next day. Day 2
Gorilla Tracking in Volcanoes National Park
The highlight of your adventure commences on day 2 with your first gorilla trek in Volcanoes National Park. After a hearty breakfast at your lodge, you'll meet your expert guide, who will provide essential information about gorilla tracking etiquette and safety. The trek through the enchanting forests of Volcanoes National Park is an adventure in itself, filled with intriguing flora and fauna. As you delve deeper into the wilderness, the anticipation builds, knowing that you're getting closer to the gorillas. Once you locate a gorilla family, you'll have a full hour to observe and appreciate these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Witness their social interactions, playful antics, and the striking resemblances between gorillas and humans. This experience is both humbling and awe-inspiring. After your gorilla trek, you'll return to your lodge for a well-deserved rest. Day 3
Golden Monkey Trekking and Transfer to Akagera National Park
On this day, you'll head back to the park headquarters for a briefing about the dos and don'ts of golden monkey trekking. You'll head to the forest in search of these beautiful primates with golden fur on their bodies. You'll see them hanging in the bamboo trees or roaming in the potato fields. After the trek, you'll return to your lodge for a farewell lunch, during which you can reminisce about your remarkable journey. In the afternoon, you'll be transferred to Akagera National Park for a wildlife safari. The drive offers a chance to reflect on the extraordinary experiences you've had and take in the stunning landscapes of the region. Day 4
Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise in Akagera National Park
Your adventure in Akagera National Park continues on day 4 with a morning game drive. The park's diverse landscapes, from savannahs to wetlands, provide the ideal setting for wildlife viewing. As you explore the park, you'll have the chance to spot a wide range of animals, from zebras and giraffes to antelopes and hyenas. The park is home to the African Big Five animals, which are; buffalos, rhinos, lions, elephants, and leopards. Akagera's landscapes are equally captivating, with picturesque lakes, rolling hills, and the beautiful Akagera River. After the game drive, you'll embark on an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Ihema. You'll see a variety of animals on the lake shores drinking water, including the crocodiles. After that, you'll head back to the lodge for relaxation and an overnight stay. I contracted a tour to visit Gorillas from Kigali just hours before the tour had to start. Jason was so flexible & effective. The Guide, Alex was a fixer, solving all problems with VISA in Uganda, cash and so on. These guys are very Gold professionals. No doubt, they are a perfect choice

The best and reliable experience I could have ask for.
This was a great experience coming from United States. Jason was very easy to communicate with and was very fast at emailing back or on what’s app. He made the process too easy. I had a motorcycle accident two days prior and was not sure if I could go on this mountain gorilla trekking, last second I decide I was able to. He came to pick me up on time at 0300, the vehicle was nice, clean and reliable. His English is very good and easy to understand. He had the best price compared to others.

Efficient and worthwhile tour experience
Our tour was a very worthwhile experience, a day trip from Kigali to see the gorillas in Mgahinga National park. The gorillas themselves were amazing, and the tour operator was able to accommodate us on very short notice to make it happen. We had two drivers, Alex who was clearly very experienced and helped with the border crossing, and Benson who was a joy from his genuine enthusiasm and passion of what we were doing
