Your safari will start in Nairobi and end in Mombasa. This 5-day itinerary covers Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East, ending at the coastal beaches. On day 5, you will be dropped off at Voi train station for a first-class coach to Mombasa, where our vehicle will pick you up to the hotel. We may book a beach holiday for you, either on the north coast or the south coast. Day 1
Nairobi - Amboseli
We will pick you up from Nairobi Airport or your hotel in Nairobi and drive to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its herds of elephants, as well as the Big Five, and the famous highest African mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive in time for lunch, and after lunch, you will proceed on an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp/lodge. Day 2
Amboseli
Enjoy an early breakfast, then leave for a morning game drive in the park. Amboseli has plenty of wildlife and an abundance of birdlife. It also offers the best view of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. You will have lunch at the picnic points in the park then proceed with afternoon game drive in search of animals. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp/lodge. Day 3
Amboseli - Tsavo West National park
You will leave Amboseli in the morning and drive to Tsavo West gate. Enjoy an en-route game drive covering key areas in the morning hours before checking in at the lodge for lunch. Have lunch, then proceed on an afternoon game drive in search of wildlife. Later, we will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Day 4
Tsavo West-Tsavo East
After early morning breakfast you will check out of the lodge going on game drive in Tsavo west enroute to one of Tsavo East gates. You will enter Tsavo west with game drive for 2-3 hours targeting to check-in at the lodge in good time for lunch. After some 2 hours rest you will go for late afternoon game drive when animals are active again.
