Day 1
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, where our representative will meet you. Depending on your arrival time, we shall either take you to your hotel in the city or depart for a drive into the Great Rift Valley and to Lake Nakuru National Park in the late morning. Lake Nakuru is one of several Rift Valley lakes, and its ecosystem supports a wide ecological diversity of greater and lesser flamingos and other water birds—the area's major attractions. The ecosystem provides for about 56 species of mammals, including the white rhinos, buffaloes, and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species. The park is truly remarkable as it has achieved international fame as an animal sanctuary. Both black and white rhinos are given a new lease of life in this park. You will go for a game drive in the late afternoon, including a walk by the shores of the lake to get up close with the many birds found here. The lake offers beautiful natural spaces where you can see numerous bird species among the trees and spot some animals ranging from waterbucks to warthogs. You can also book a one-hour lake boat safari at an extra cost. During the boat safari, you will see some of the lake's wildlife, such as hippos, and enjoy the picturesque views of the lake and surrounding highland landscapes. In the late afternoon, you can visit Crescent Island, where you get to walk in the park to see animals such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Naivasha is also known for the many birds that can be sighted within the lodge grounds. 5.0/5I have nothing but good things to say about Charles and Phillip. The entire trip, we were never in the dark about what to expect or what came next. The Masai Mara reserve is a beautiful sight to see and I was happy to make a bucket list accommplishment by finally seeing the savannah. I'm very happy with my decision to choose Salina Wild adventures and I happily recommend them!

We took a 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli national park. The tour was well planned by Charles and executed by Jared our guide. We managed to see all the big 5 both in Mara and Amboseli among other predators and grazers. We also saw hippo and crocodiles at Mara river. Jared knew the best routes to warrant sighting of of the wildlife. His sense of humour was amazing and he was always patient with us. Salina Wild Adventures did a commendable job. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my second wedding anniversary this year 2023 February with Salina Wild Adventures, managed by Charles, on a 7-day safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli. I must say that the tour was an unforgettable experience. The company's organization and planning were impeccable, and our driver Phillip was knowledgeable, charming and always punctual. The wildlife sightings were amazing, and the scenery was breathtaking. The lodges and camps provided by the company were also comfortable and well-equipped. I would highly recommend Salina Wild Adventures to anyone looking for an amazing safari experience in Kenya.
