Day 1
Our adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from the airport by your friendly safari guide-driver. After a warm welcome and short briefing, you'll set off toward Lake Nakuru National Park, a shimmering gem nestled in the Great Rift Valley. If you haven't had breakfast or would like a short break, we can pause along the way for a light picnic stop before continuing the scenic drive through Kenya's breathtaking highlands. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Take a moment to settle in, enjoy a delicious meal, and relax before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Explore the park's rich landscapes, famed for its endangered black and white rhinos, as well as tree-climbing lions, buffalo, and vibrant flocks of flamingos along the lake's edge. As the sun sets over the acacia-dotted plains, your first safari day concludes in a symphony of colour and calm. Mid-range lodge located inside Lake Nakuru NP Lunch & dinner (Breakfast not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 2
Ol Pejeta Conservancy stands out in East Africa's wildlife conservation landscape as the sanctuary for the last northern white rhinos on the planet. It exemplifies the harmonious coexistence of humans and wildlife. In the coming two days, you will delve into the conservancy's splendid array of wildlife, encountering the white rhinos, embarking on a nocturnal game drive, and engaging closely with chimpanzees rescued from the brutalities of civil wars in the neighbouring countries during the 1990s. Your stay will be at the luxurious Sweetwaters Serena Camp conveniently located inside the conservancy, to offer unrivalled access to day and night game drives for a chance to see all of the Big Five, walking safaris, and incredibly close encounters with diverse animal residents of the conservancy as the drink from the watering hole nearby. Dine like royalty at the Rhino Room, from fresh, finger-licking meals are served with a warm smile and the legendary African hospitality. Luxury tented camp located inside Ol Pejeta Conservancy (Laikipia Plateau) All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 4
After breakfast, check-out and drive to Meru National Park is an untouched gem of wilderness, serene and less crowded. Nestled on the equator, it is woven with 13 rivers and streams from the Nyambene mountains, shaping a diverse terrain from thick forests to wide plains dotted with doum palms. The park hosts diverse species such as elephants, Grevy's zebras, lions, cheetahs, leopards, hartebeests, hippos, buffaloes, and reticulated giraffes. It also houses a rhino sanctuary, safeguarding the precious black and white rhinos. All meals and overnight at Ikweta Safari Camp. Mid-range tented camp located just outside Meru NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 5
It's time to immerse yourself in a completely different landscape and climate. Samburu offers year-round game drives, with the life-giving Ewaso Nyiro River flowing through the expansive conservation area. This region is a sanctuary for unique species like the Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, and Beisa Oryx. The intense heat makes early morning and late afternoon the ideal times for game drives. Over two days, you will discover this treasure from the Elephant Bedroom Camp, nestled on the shores of the Ewaso Nyiro, a spot frequently visited by large herds of elephants coming to quench their thirst from the river. You will embark on a cultural journey to a Samburu Village, where you'll gain firsthand insights into how this pastoralist community has coexisted with wildlife for generations and how they continue to navigate their cultural identity amidst the challenges posed by post-modernism. All meals and stay at Elephant Bedroom. Luxury tented camp located inside Samburu NR All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 7
After a hearty breakfast, as you watch elephants drink far below your restaurant table, it's time to pack up and go to the next phase of your life's adventure. The journey from Samburu to Nairobi is around 5 hours, but we'll probably stretch this to about 7 hours as we make stops on the way for health breaks, sampling markets, and or a visit to a coffee farm nearer to Nairobi.. Lunch is on the house, at a local eatery with fresh African cuisine. We end this eventful safari with a drop-off to your hotel or airport. Breakfast & lunch (Dinner not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Blends of Africa! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. 5 star review!! One of the highlights of our journey was seeing so many wild animals in their natural habitat - we not only saw the big five but even the big ten. Every game drive brought new surprises and breathtaking encounters. Our guide (Christopher Musau) was outstanding, not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also truly enthusiastic. He made every effort to show us the best of the wildlife and helped us spot animals we might never have noticed on our own. His passion and energy made the experience even more special. The accommodations arranged for us were excellent, offering both comfort and authentic charm after our adventurous days. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the trip seamless and stress-free. This was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, filled with unforgettable moments. We cannot thank Blends of Africa and our guide enough for making it so extraordinary. Highly recommended to anyone dreaming of experiencing Africa in the most genuine and memorable way!
