Nairobi National Park is the only national park in the world located so close to a capital city, making it a truly unique safari destination. You will be picked up early in the morning from your hotel or the airport and proceed to a scheduled entry into the park at around 6:30 am. The early hours provide the best opportunity to enjoy a rewarding game drive while wildlife is most active. Its open grass plains, scattered acacia trees, and classic savannah scenery create a natural habitat for a wide variety of animals. Here, you may encounter lions, rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and several species of antelopes and gazelles. The park is also home to more than 300 bird species, making it a great spot for birdwatching. After approximately 5.5 hours of game viewing, you will exit the park and be transferred back to your hotel, residence, or the airport, marking the end of your memorable Nairobi safari experience. A Wonderful Masai Mara Safari Experience We had an amazing safari experience, made even better by our guide, Francis. His skill and knowledge allowed us to get incredibly close to wildlife, giving us unforgettable moments. In just one day, we saw an impressive variety of animals including lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and even a leopard resting in a tree. Of course, we also spotted giraffes, zebras, gazelles, and hyenas. Every moment of the trip was exciting and memorable. Francis was not only highly experienced but also very friendly, making the entire journey enjoyable and comfortable. We truly had a fantastic time and would gladly go on another safari with this team again. A big thank you to Lensai Safaris for such a wonderful experience!
