Arrival & Sunset Safari in Blue Canyon Reserve
Depart Cape Town on a morning flight to Hoedspruit Airport (included at a fixed rate, subject to change at the time of booking). Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to Ivory Moon Lodge to settle into your luxurious suite. Lunch will be served at 13:30. At 15:00, head out on a 3-hour sunset game drive through the Blue Canyon Reserve, where you’ll enjoy sundowners and light refreshments. Return to Ivory Moon Lodge between 19:00 and 19:30 for a delicious dinner. Full-day Kruger National Park Safari & Night Safari
05:00 – Depart for a full-day safari in the Orpen–Satara region of Kruger National Park, with bottled water and a packed breakfast provided. Afternoon – Return to the lodge and relax beside a crackling fire as the sun sets over the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. 18:30 – Enjoy an early dinner featuring traditional South African dishes. 19:30 – Go on an exciting 1-hour night drive through the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate in an open safari vehicle, using a powerful spotlight to reveal the wonders of the nocturnal bush. Experience the enchantment of the African night firsthand. 21:00 – Return to the lodge for a final toast around the fire. Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate Bush Walk & Return to Johannesburg
06:00: Begin your final day with a 1.5-hour guided bushwalk in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. Led by expert guides, this engaging activity allows you to experience the bush on foot. 07:30: Come back to the lodge for a last breakfast on the viewing deck, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the bush, providing a moment to consider your remarkable safari journey. 10:30: Check out from the lodge and transfer to OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, arriving around 17:00–18:00. Option: For guests who would rather fly back to Cape Town, flights can be scheduled at an extra cost—please get in touch with us ahead of time to arrange. Option: Guests can choose to substitute the bushwalk with a 3-hour sunrise safari in a Big 5 private reserve, organized at an additional cost—please contact us in advance to arrange this.
