Upon arrival at Segera Retreat in the heart of Laikipia, you will be welcomed into a world of luxury, privacy, and untouched wilderness. Surrounded by vast open landscapes, ancient forests, snow-capped peaks in the distance, and beautiful views toward Mount Kenya, the retreat offers an exclusive safari experience unlike any other. Spend the afternoon relaxing in your private villa, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, or simply watching wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelope roaming freely from your window. Laikipia is also one of the few places where the elusive black leopard has been spotted. Later, enjoy a sunset game drive or guided bush walk, followed by a fine dining experience under the African sky. Spend a full day on game drives exploring the vast Laikipia Conservancy, one of Kenya’s most exclusive and wildlife-rich regions. The landscape is a stunning mix of open savannah, rugged terrain, and sweeping views toward Mount Kenya. This area is home to diverse wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, lions, and cheetahs, with a rare chance of spotting the elusive black leopard. The conservancy offers an uncrowded safari experience, allowing for close and uninterrupted wildlife encounters. Enjoy picnic-style breaks in the bush while taking in the beauty of the wilderness. Departure from Laikipia – End of Safari Experience
Enjoy a relaxed morning at Segera Retreat with final views of the vast Laikipia wilderness. After breakfast, you will be transferred in a **private 4x4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle**, ensuring a comfortable and seamless journey as your safari comes to an end. Depending on your onward travel plans, you will be dropped off at the designated location or connection point for your departure.
