Full Day in the Lodge - Kimana/Amboseli
Your day begins with an early morning sunrise game drive, watch as elephants graze beneath Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak, lions prowl through the golden grasslands, cheetahs scan the plains for prey and vibrant birdlife fills the air with song. Full day in the Lodge - Kimana/Amboseli
After an early breakfast, you have the option to embark on a full-day excursion to the world-renowned Amboseli National Park, famed for its vast open plains, impressive herds of elephants — including some of Africa’s last great tuskers — and the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. As you explore the park, you’ll encounter a rich variety of wildlife, from zebras and wildebeests to buffalo, hyenas and abundant birdlife, all set against dramatic landscapes of swamps, woodlands, and open savannah. Midday, enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in the wild, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African bush. Departure to Nairobi
On your final morning, you can choose to head out on one last early morning game drive or join a peaceful sunrise walk through the bush, savoring the quiet beauty of Kimana Sanctuary as the day awakens. Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the lodge terrace, soaking in the sweeping views of the plains and Mount Kilimanjaro one last time. With hearts full of memories, you’ll transfer late in the morning to the private airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. You’ll arrive back at Wilson Airport by early afternoon, perfectly timed to connect with your international flights or continue on to your next East African adventure.
