Day 1
You'll start your safari adventure with a morning departure from your Nairobi Hotel/ Airport from Nairobi at 7:30 AM, driving towards Amboseli National Park. The journey, taking about 4 to 4.5 hours, is scenic, with views of Kenya’s diverse landscapes. Upon arrival at your lodge in Amboseli, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch. After settling in, take in the breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest peak. In the afternoon, you'll embark on your first game drive in Amboseli. Known for its iconic elephant herds and big tuskers, Amboseli offers excellent opportunities to observe a variety of wildlife against the stunning backdrop of Kilimanjaro. You'll return to your lodge in the evening at around 5:30-6 PM, freshen up, and enjoy your freshly prepared dinner and a restful night. Day 2
You'll spend a full day exploring Amboseli National Park. You'll begin the day with an early morning game drive, the perfect time to see animals at their most active and capture the best light for photography. The park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, and numerous bird species. You'll return to your lodge for breakfast and some relaxation. After lunch, you'll head out for an afternoon game drive to explore different areas of the park, perhaps visiting Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park. You'll return at 5:30 - 6:00 PM and end the day with a relaxing dinner at your lodge. Day 3
After an early breakfast, you'll enjoy a morning game drive in Amboseli before departing for Tsavo West National Park. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you'll check into your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, you'll embark on a game drive in Tsavo West, exploring the park's diverse landscapes, including the Shetani Lava Flow, Mzima Springs, and the stunning Chyulu Hills. The park is known for its big tuskers, as well as lions, leopards, and rhinos. In the evening, you'll return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation. Day 4
You'll start your day with an early morning game drive in Tsavo West, taking in the beauty of the park as the sun rises. After breakfast, you'll check out and begin your journey to Tsavo East National Park, a drive of about 2 to 2.5 hours. You'll arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. Then, you'll head out for an afternoon game drive in Tsavo East, known for its red elephants and vast open spaces. You'll explore the park's diverse habitats and watch for lions, leopards, and a variety of other wildlife. You'll return to your lodge in the evening at around 5:30- 6 PM, and freshen up. Day 5
On your final day, you will enjoy an early morning game drive in Tsavo East, soaking in the last moments of your safari adventure. After breakfast, you'll begin the drive back to Nairobi, which takes about 5 to 5.5 hours. You'll arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience. Boost Safaris is amazing! We've done a few different safaris in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Tanzania, and Steve with Boost safaris really stands out. He organized the perfect trip that allowed us to see several of the parks in Kenya (Masai Mara, Amboselli, and Nakuru). He can build trips that fit your budget, as he has connections at all of the lodges across the parks. He can certainly arrange tented trips for more budget-friendly itineraries, as well as luxurious lodges for others. When Steve first picked us up, it was clear it was going to be a great trip. He asked what we wanted to make it a great safari, and made it his goal to accomplish what we told him. Steve spoke excellent English (there was not a language barrier at all), and he mentioned he spoke 6 different languages. He was one of the best conversationalists I've ever been around. He asked questions out of a genuine desire to get to know us better and always had a perfect response or another question to keep the conversation engaging (which makes or breaks a safari when you're spending the entire day in the jeep). He knew a ton about every single animal, and he seemed to know several of the other guides very well, which helped in locating the action. During one of our days in Masai Mara, he took us directly to a cheetah which we got to see stalk prey for about an hour, then watch it hunt and kill a gazelle. It was truly one of the most incredible experiences I've had in my life! Since our trip, we still text Steve regularly--he's now a very close friend of ours, all because we trusted him to take us on safari. Do yourself a favor and book your Kenya safari with Boost.

For our honeymoon, we decided to do a safari in Kenya, with Boost Safaris. We spent almost a week with Steve and his assistant George. Two wonderful people that we will never forget.
