Day 1
Transfer from Entebbe
Travel from Entebbe International Airport or your place of residence around Entebbe Uganda, if possible by time to Riverine Resort for your first night accommodation near the Bushiyi trailhead. Arrive at Riverine Resort in Bududa, a tranquil spot near the base of the mount Elgon, settle into your accommodation, relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Meet our guide for a pre-hike briefing before and last-minute preparation for the trek, have dinner and retire to the bed. Day 2
Bushiyi Trailhead to Dubi Camp
Begin the day with a delicious breakfast at the Resort/Hotel before heading to Bushiyi trailhead by the motorcycles (Boda Bodas). Arrive at Bushiyi Ranger post point and meet the ranger guides, porters and the Chef (Cook). The Ranger guides will welcome you and introduce themselves and later introduces to you the team of porters and the Chef who will be with you for the entire trip in brief you will get to know each other before the trek starts. After self-introduction, you will start the hike through Bushiyi trail to DUBI CAMP, which is surrounded by the breathtaking scenery and rich flora. Lunch break at Shilonko river camp at an elevation of 2900m asl. After your lunch, you will embark on the hike to Dubi Camp at the elevation 3563m asl. It`s at Dubi Camp where you will have your first night. All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Day 3
Dubi to Wagagai Peak and back to Dubi Camp
You will wake up early morning at 6am and get ready for a delicious breakfast prepared by our dedicated mountain Chef. After your breakfast, you will embark on the hike at exactly 7am or before 7am to Wagagai Peak 4321m asl. As soon as you reach the peak, you will spend your time together with the ranger guides depending on the weather as you enjoy the beautiful views of Kenya side at the peak and you take your photos as much as you can. The distance from DUBI CAMP to the peak is 9km. After spending enough time at the peak and eating your packed lunch, you will descend back to Dubi Camp for your second night and if time permits and you still have enough strength, then you can also decide to move to the lower Camp (Shilonko) and that will allow you exit the Park early between 10am and 12am depending on your walking pace and the weather as well. Day 4
Dubi or Shilonko Camp to Bushiyi exit gate
You will have early morning breakfast at 6:30am and then depart at 7:am on a moderate slope down with a total distance of 42Km up and down the peak. You will have come to an end of Mount Elgon trekking experience and as soon as you get to Bushiyi Ranger Post point, you sign out in an exit book and you will be rewarded with a certificate of accomplishment and you will say good bye to the team of participators including the porters, Chef and the Ranger guides. Thereafter you will be driven to your accommodation for refreshment, dinner and evening relaxation after the days of trekking. Day 5
Transfer back to Entebbe
After a delicious mind relaxing breakfast you check out of the accommodation and embark on the return journey back to Entebbe and reach in the afternoon for your flight or drop you at your accommodation (at an extra cost). On the way take time to stop for photo shoots and view the different sceneries. Our driver will drop you off at the international airport for your onward flight home. Bidding Uganda farewell as your plane climbs above the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria into the clouds while you think back over the life time unforgettable moments of adventure.
