You'll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Day 1
Mombasa - Tsavo East National Park
You'll be picked up from the airport or your hotel early in the morning and embark on your dream safari with a drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. Just before entering the park, a brief stop will be made for you to view the elephants leaving the Voi Safari Lodge water hole. You will then proceed to the Bachuma Gate of the Tsavo East National Park. You'll continue wildlife viewing en route as your safari guide drives to Ashnil Aruba Safari Lodge for your early lunch. You'll spend the afternoon relaxing or go for a refreshing dip in the swimming pool as you wait for the sun to cool down for a late afternoon wildlife viewing in the Tsavo East National Park. This day accords you an opportunity to view the 'red elephants' of Tsavo, lions, cheetahs, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, and numerous species of wildlife. You will also visit the Aruba Dam, where a number of aquatic birds can be seen. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay. Day 2
Tsavo East National Park - Amboseli National Park
You'll enjoy a pre-breakfast safari in Tsavo East National Park. After breakfast, you'll depart Tsavo East for Amboseli National Park. You'll continue wildlife viewing as you exit the park. You'll arrive in Amboseli in good time for a hot lunch and relaxation. Amboseli National Park is famous for being the best place in the world to get close to free-ranging elephants. You also get to view Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in Africa. Amboseli is home to iconic wildlife, hosting four members of the Big Five, the graceful zebras, and a countless number of bird species in its swamps and wetlands. The park is celebrated for its exceptional opportunities for close encounters with free-roaming members of the Big Five. Late in the afternoon, when the sun has cooled off, you'll proceed for an extensive wildlife viewing until 6:30 pm. Day 3
Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park
You'll enjoy your breakfast and then embark on a game drive in Amboseli National Park before exiting for Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo West National Park has a variety of wildlife, such as eastern black rhinoceros, hippopotamus, Cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, and lion. Other smaller animals can be spotted in the park, such as the bushbaby, hartebeest, lesser kudu, and Masai giraffe. In addition to wildlife viewing, you will also visit the Mzima Springs, which is one of Tsavo's most popular wildlife attractions owing to its resident populations of hippos and Nile crocodiles. Mzima's isolation makes both species dependent on its waters: other sources are too distant for them to reach by overland travel The hippos also sustain an entire food chain. They browse the surrounding savannah by night and return to Mzima's pools by day, where their dung fertilizes the water. Fruiting trees such as the date, raffia palms, water berries, and figs grow beside the water. Day 4
Tsavo West National Park - Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
You'll enjoy an early morning breakfast, check out of the lodge, and leave for a mid-morning game drive. Later, you'll drive to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. Upon entering the sanctuary, you'll begin a wildlife viewing drive as you drive towards Taita Hills Game Lodge for lunch. You'll indulge in an afternoon safari game drive in Taita Hills Salt Lick Game Sanctuary, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the Salt Lick Lodge. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is a privately owned wildlife sanctuary and a national park in Kenya. It is located in Taita-Taveta County, approximately 220 kilometers from Mombasa. The sanctuary covers an area of 28,000 acres (110sq km) and is adjacent to Tsavo West National Park and the LUMO Community Wildlife Sanctuary. It hosts Cape buffalo, African bush elephant, leopard, lion, cheetah, Masai giraffe, zebra, hartebeest, impala, waterbuck, Thomson's gazelle, lesser kudu, dik-dik, hyena, and other smaller animals, including a diversity of birdlife. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary - Mombasa / Diani
You'll have an early morning game drive. You'll depart from the lodge at 8:00 am after your breakfast. You'll enjoy wildlife viewing en route as you exit the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. The journey will then continue either to Mombasa Airport or Diani. You will be dropped off at the airport or hotel of your choice. If you prefer ending your trip in Nairobi, please let us know at the time of the inquiry to enable us to plan your vacation accordingly.
