Day 1
Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
This morning, you will be picked up from the airport or your Nairobi hotel and depart for the Samburu Game Reserve to arrive in time for lunch. You will have time at leisure before an afternoon game drive from 4:00 pm until sunset. Meals and overnight stay: Ashnil camp or Similar (FB). Day 2
Explore Samburu National Reserve
You will have a full day in Samburu with a 6:30 am morning game drive, and return to the camp for breakfast. You will have time at leisure after lunch. Then afterwards at 4:00 pm, you'll depart for an evening game drive till dusk. Optional activities include a visit to a Samburu Cultural Village at an extra cost. Day 3
Samburu to Aberdare National Park
You will have breakfast and thereafter depart for Aberdare National Park, arriving in good time for lunch at Aberdare Country Club, the base hotel for The Ark Lodge. After lunch, you will be transferred to The Ark for game viewing and an overnight stay in the lodge vehicle. In the afternoon, you will have time at leisure, wildlife viewing from the balcony of the lodge for the animals that come around the waterholes until evening. Note: You only need a soft bag with overnight essentials. The other bags will be left at the Aberdare Country Club. You will also say goodbye to your guide since you will not be seeing them until the next morning, as the lodge driver guides take charge. Meals and overnight stay: Ark Lodge or Similar (FB). Day 4
Aberdares to Lake Nakuru National Park
You will have morning tea at 6:30 am before being transferred to the base hotel for breakfast. Thereafter, you'll connect with your driver-guide for Lake Nakuru National Park. En route, you will have a picnic stopover at the Thomson Falls and the Equator before proceeding to the park and arriving in time for lunch. Later, after time at leisure, you will have an afternoon game drive from 4:00 pm, returning to the lodge after sunset. Meals and overnight stay: Sarova Lion Hill or Similar (FB).
