Windhoek to Sossosvlei
Agama Lodge, Naukluft Mountains (350km) You'll be picked up in the morning at around 9 am from any hotel in Windhoek and directly on the way south to Namib Desert & world-famous Sossusvlei. You will drive through the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass. You'll stop-over at the viewpoint to admire the endless panorama of the Namib. Your next stop is at Solitaire Oasis, where you will stop for lunch and stretch your legs. You'll arrive at the lodge in the afternoon. Included activities •Short nature walks. Day 2
Sossusvlei
Agama Lodge, Naukluft Mountains Early in the morning, before sunrise, you'll be driving around 70 km through the desert to reach Sesriem Gate. The gate is open at sunrise. You'll have a scenic drive through Sesriem Gate to Sossusvlei, which gives opportunities for capturing orange dunes that give off spectacular colors and shades early in the morning. Welcome to the highest shifting dunes in the world at rising sun, which was recently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list as the ‚Sand Sea’. You have the option of climbing picturesque Dune 45 to experience the beauty and vastness of the fascinating orange-colour landscape. After the climb, you'll go 5 km off-road on a 4×4 trail to visit surreal Dead Vlei, a place of vast clay pan and dried-up, ancient acacias standing silent in an impressive landscape. Day 3
Sossusvlei to Luderitz
Kairos Cottage B&B and Coffee Shop, Luderitz (450km) After breakfast, you'll journey to the small coastal town of Luderitz, situated on the Atlantic Coast. Our road will lead through spectacular landscapes and breathtaking vistas of the Namib Desert. Before reaching Luderitz, there is a short visit to Ferer Desert Horses. Upon arrival, you'll visit to the historical monument, a granite cross, known as the Diaz Cross, set in the sands of the Namib by Portuguese sailor Bartholomew Diaz, when he first landed at the Namibian coast on 25th July 1488, cross presently found is replica of the original and it was erected in 1988. In the afternoon, you'll relax and take an optional walk around the town with historical buildings. Included activities •Visit to Diaz Point Overnight stay: Kairos Cottage B&B. Kairos Cottage B&B and Coffee Shop, Luderitz In the morning, you'll drive around 10 km from Luderitz to visit the historical ghost town of Kolmanskoop, deserted in the sands after the famous ‚diamond rush’. You will spend around one hour on a guided tour at Kolmanskop. After the tour, you are welcome to explore Kolmanskope on your own, in search of the perfect photograph of the Ghost Town buried in the sand of the Namib Desert. Optional activities: •Boat cruise to Penguin Island. •Excursion to Elizabeth Bay (permit required & must be organized one month in advance). Overnight stay: Kairos Cottage B&B. Fish River Lodge, Fish River Canyon (300km) Today, you'll be on your way to the second largest canyon in the World, the Fish River Canyon. The Fish River Canyon is located in the south of Namibia. It is the largest canyon in Africa, as well as the second most visited tourist attraction in Namibia. It features a gigantic ravine, in total about 160 kilometers long, up to 27 km wide, and in places almost 550 meters deep. Included activities •Visit the Canyon and nature walks. After Keetmanshoop, you'll turn to the gravel road and have a short visit to Quiver Tree Forest & Giant’s Playground. You'll arrive at the lodge for a relaxing afternoon in the Kalahari Desert. Great tour company and amazing value for money
Booked a 6 day tour from Windhoek to Etosha National park (2n), Swakopmund (1n) and Sossusvlei (2n), all accommodation camping included, food, transport, guide. It was simply amazing and great value for money. Our guide/driver Martin was like family to us. Took good care of us at all time. The tour company was great too and very accommodating, friendly and good communication throughout the process. Definately recommend the tour company and tour itself.

An excellent overview of Namibia in a short period of time!
The 6-Day Etosha, Swakopmund & Sossusvlei tour exceeded my every expectation. My guide, Henzel, was highly professional, engaging, and had a great sense of humor. He made my solo tour not only informative but fun as well. The tour provided the highlights of Namibia within a short time span without feeling rushed. I appreciated the mix of history, nature, and adventure that the itinerary provided. The amount of wildlife seen in Etosha National Park was incredible. I was able to see lions, rhinos, zebras, elephants, a honey badger, and so, so many more. The campgrounds used for lodging, while not luxurious, provided running hot water for showers and good food at the camp restaurants, which was glorious after an adventure-filled day. I do recommend wearing layers as it's cold at night in the winter months as well as bringing a power bank/portable battery charger for convenient charging of electronics. I appreciate Henzel and everyone else at Safari World Tours who made my time in Namibia a once in a lifetime experience!

"Must have" tour for a Namibia smooth visit!
We did the "7 Days Wildlife Etosha and Sossusvlei Namibian Safari (Accommodated)" with Safari World Tours in December 2023 and it was the best choice for our family! We are experienced travelers (49 countries visited) and found that to travel to Namibia with a small child (4 years old) a tour would the the best option, which now we can recommend 100%. First we asked for the budget and itinerary, then we booked the tour and exchanged a lot of information and Safari World Tours was always very fast to answer and provided all the details we needed. Very professional and trustworthy, their representatives made us feel even before leaving that the trip was well organized. They had a child seat for our daughter to use in the car and were always on time for all the appointments. Our guide Henzel was amazing, the perfect balance between being professional, funny, enthusiastic, informative, knowladgeable and trustworthy. He took care of us the whole trip, drove safely, knew all the local details, assumed the arrangements and left us with the easy task of just enjoying ourselves and this beautiful country. We thought 7 days would feel rushed, but it really didn't. We visited all the places we wanted and still had time to relax by the pool, beach or restaurants. Did some great extra activities as well. All the accommodation booked was high standard and the food was delicious. Couldn't recommend this company more and their responsibility for the success of our Namibia trip! Ask for Henzel, go with your family and you won't regret it ;)
