Day 1
Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi heading northwest through the dramatic Great Rift Valley. Along the way, you can stop at a viewpoint for panoramic views and photos before continuing to Lake Nakuru National Park. After lunch and check-in at your lodge, enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park, which is famous for its rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, flamingos, buffaloes, and occasional leopard sightings. The acacia woodland and lakeshore scenery make for a beautiful introduction to Kenya’s wildlife. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay. Day 2
Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
Start the day with an early morning game drive when animals are most active and the light is ideal for photography. After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch at a lakeside lodge. In the afternoon, take a relaxing boat ride on the lake where you may spot hippos and fish eagles, then continue to an optional Crescent Island for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes at extra cost. If you prefer adventure, you can also visit Hell's Gate National Park for cycling and hiking among dramatic cliffs and geothermal features at extra cost. Day 3
Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, begin the drive south toward Amboseli National Park, passing through changing landscapes and local towns along the way. Arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon and check in to your safari camp or lodge with views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later, head out for an evening game drive across the open plains and swamp areas where large elephant herds roam freely. You may also encounter lions, hyenas, wildebeests, and a wide variety of birdlife. As the sun sets beneath Kilimanjaro, return to camp for dinner and overnight. Explore Amboseli National Park
Spend the entire day exploring Amboseli, one of Kenya’s most iconic safari destinations. Begin with an early sunrise game drive for the best chance of seeing Mount Kilimanjaro clearly before clouds gather later in the day. Amboseli is especially known for close-up elephant encounters and excellent photography opportunities. After breakfast, continue exploring the park’s wetlands, grasslands, and Observation Hill viewpoint, where you can enjoy sweeping views across the park. embark on your afternoon game drive till sunset. Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, depart Amboseli with morning game drive and drive toward Tsavo West National Park, a region known for its volcanic landscapes, lava flows, and rugged scenery. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at your lodge before visiting Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear waters attract hippos, crocodiles, and many bird species. Continue with an afternoon game drive through the park in search of red-dust elephants, lions, leopards, and giraffes. Tsavo West offers a more dramatic and wild atmosphere compared to other parks, making it a memorable safari experience. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation. Day 6
Tsavo West to Tsavo East
Begin the day with a morning game drive 1hour in Tsavo West before driving eastward into Tsavo East National Park, one of the largest wildlife parks in Kenya. The scenery gradually changes into vast open savannah plains dotted with baobab trees and crossed by the Galana River. After lunch and check-in, head out for an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, zebras, ostriches, and large herds of buffaloes. Tsavo East is famous for its wide-open landscapes and dramatic sunsets, offering a classic African safari atmosphere. Enjoy dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp. Along the drive, reflect on the incredible variety of landscapes and wildlife experienced throughout the journey, from the lakes of the Rift Valley to the elephant plains of Amboseli and the vast wilderness of Tsavo. We had a last minute idea for a safari on our business trip to go to Amboseli and despite it being within the week, Rozsella could sort it out for us. Well communication and great care along the trip
Game driving with Rozsella Africa Safaris was a great experience! We had a blast seeing lots of animals. We chose Rozsella because of their services and well communication before, during and at the end of the trip. We chose to have a group joining experience and it ended with Japheth with a private safari and I had the best time, he is passionate, he is the best guide and amazing human being. Hotels were really nice, we spotted hundred of animals like elephants, lions, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas… we could not have asked for a better African time.
