Day 1
Nairobi-masai mara national reserve
Have an early morning start and drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Check in at your accommodation and have lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive. The reserve is famous for its populations of elephant, wildebeest, zebra, impala, buffalo, gazelle, rhino, lion, leopard and cheetah. Activities in Mara include morning and afternoon game drives, and night game drives to spot nocturnal creatures such as aardvarks and honey badgers. You can head out on a black rhino tracking experience, guided bush walk, horse riding, a cultural visit to Maasai villages( at an extra cost) and markets, or take a magical hot air balloon flight over the plains of the Masai Mara, which can be arranged at an extra cost, followed by a beautiful breakfast. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp. *Optional accommodation upgrade is available for an extra cost. Day 2
Masai Mara National Reserve
Over the next two days, you’ll enjoy incredible morning and afternoon game drives on the plains of the Masai Mara. This iconic reserve offers amazing wildlife viewing opportunities. It’s highly likely that you’ll see zebra, impala, gazelle, wildebeest, buffalo, rhino and elephant, plus lion, cheetah and leopard. Your lodge or camp may also offer the opportunity for a night game drive where you’ll see nocturnal animals such as aardvarks and honey badgers. In addition to game drives, there are a range of other activities you can participate in during your time in the Masai Mara. These include cultural visits to the Maasai villages and markets, guided bush walks, horse riding, and black rhino tracking experiences. If you wish, you can take an early morning hot air balloon flight over the plains and forests of the Masai Mara followed by a champagne breakfast. Day 4
Masai Mara- Diani beach
After breakfast, check out of the camp and proceed for a final game drive en route Nairobi. In Nairobi, transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Diani, Ukunda, on Kenya’s South Coast. You will be picked by our representative upon arrival for a transfer to your beach resort where you will spend your beach holiday. This stunning stretch of white sand paradise may be the finest in Kenya and the continent. Voted three times Africa’s leading beach destination, Diani’s long, open spaces are fringed with lush greenery and host an easy, relaxed vibe. You won’t find crowds on this pristine sweep of coastline. Rather, here you can sun, swim and chill in sophisticated comfort. Even the hotels are low-rise and laid back, so your beach experience is always wide-open with blue skies and emerald sea. The ocean here remains shallow by the shoreline so you can wade out enjoying crystal views beneath the waves. Day 5
Diani beach
Your next 3 days will be spent here on the white sands of Diani beach at leisure with an option of engaging in water sports. Diani beach is an amazing sight with flawless long stretch of white sand hugged by lush forest. We are talking of its overall ambiance, scenery and landscape. There are plenty of activities to do in this quiet, intimate vacation spot. You can try a camel ride on the beach or go kitesurfing, jet skiing or snorkeling. The more daring even have opportunities to go sky diving. Depending on your adventure desire levels, you will partake in any of these activities. You may also wish to join a boat excursion to Kisite Mpunguti National Marine Park to spot Dolphins and other marine wildlife. There’s also the option to visit Shimba Hills National Reserve, the impressive Fort Jesus on Mombasa Island, the Diani Beach Art Gallery or Akamba Handicrafts Cooperative where you can buy traditional wood carvings, masks, bowls and ornaments.
