Day 1
Upon your arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Naleyo Tours and Travels and will give you a briefing about the safari and after who will transfer you to the Airport Link Guesthouse for relaxation and overnight stay. Day 2
Early morning, you will start your 4hr drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will have chance to observe these majestic white rhinos in their natural habitat. These impressive animals are known for their strength and power, using their prized horns for digging and breaking branches. After an unforgettable moment of tracking these magnificent creatures, you will continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, where you will be staying at the Fort Murchison Lodge to relax and recharge after a thrilling day of exploring the wonders of the natural world. Day 3
Your adventure begins with a game drive in the northern circuit, where you will encounter stunning rolling plains and a variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalos, elephants, antelopes, spotted hyenas, and leopards. In the afternoon, we invite you to join us on a boat trip to the bottom of Murchison Falls. Here, you'll have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking sight of the Nile as it flows through a narrow 7-meter gap and cascades down to the delta. The roar of the falls is truly a marvel to behold - don't miss this incredible experience. Day 4
After breakfast, you will start you journey to Kibale forest national park. However, you will make a stop at the top of the Murchison Falls. Prepare to be awestruck as you witness the raw power of the Nile River as it plunges through a narrow crevice, creating the spectacular Murchison Falls. The force, sound and speed of the water is truly a sight to behold. After marveling at the falls, we will embark on a 5-hour journey to Kibale Forest National Park, where you can appreciate the authentic beauty of Uganda's countryside. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the natural breeze and the sight of Blue monkeys and Black and White colobus monkeys. Day 5
You will start the day with a chance to observe chimpanzees, they are known for their intelligence, sociability, and ability to use tools. During your visit, you may see chimpanzees using rocks to crack open nuts, hollowing out water with empty pods, and even using sticks to capture termites from their mounds. In addition to chimpanzees, Kibale Forest is home to a variety of other primates, including Colobus Monkeys and Mangabey, as well as a diverse birds species (some of which are rare, threatened, or endemic), butterflies, flowers, and other insects. After a rewarding visit to Kibale Forest, you will travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will have the chance to take in the breathtaking views of the Rwenzori mountain ranges. Day 6
After an early morning breakfast, you will have a game drive in the Kasenyi plains, where you will also have the chance to see a variety of other animals such as elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and antelopes. The guides and conservationists will provide you with insights into the behavior and habits of these majestic creatures, making this a truly unforgettable experience. However, it's very advisable that you opt in for the lion experiential tracking to increase your chances of spotting the Big Five of Africa. In the afternoon, take a 2-hour boat ride on the Kazinga Channel and observe a variety of water-adapted animals and birds, including hippos, crocodiles, kingfishers, eagles, and monitor lizards. Day 7
After a good breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive through the rolling-terraced hills and forests of the South Western region, which will take approximately 3-4 hour. You will have chance to encounter the marvelous creatures in Bwindi Impenetrable Park- Gorillas. Day 8
Begin your day with an adventurous journey through the dense and steep hills of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park on a gorilla trekking excursion. This thrilling activity offers an unparalleled opportunity to come face-to-face with these majestic creatures in their natural habitat, surrounded by an abundance of rare and exotic flora. Please note that this trek is challenging, involving hiking through steep ascents and navigating tangled trails. Once the gorillas are located, you will be granted a maximum of one hour to observe and admire these tranquil animals from a safe distance. This once-in-a-lifetime encounter will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on your visit to Uganda. Day 9
You will depart Bwindi after an early morning breakfast to Lake Mburo National Park, where you will have the opportunity to encounter an array of diverse wildlife. With over 60 species of mammals, including the elusive Impala, Burchell's zebras, Buffalos, Warthogs, Hippos, Topis, Elands, and Hyenas, the park offers a unique and unparalleled wildlife experience. Additionally, the park boasts an impressive avian population, featuring over 350 bird species, including the rare Shoe bill stork and African fin foot. Along the way, you will enjoy Ugandan countryside, characterized by terraced hills, lush banana plantations, and herds of the indigenous long-horned Ankole cows. This journey is sure to be filled with memorable moments of exposure to nature's beauty. Upon entering the park in the evening, embark on conducting a game drive where you will have the chance to observe a variety of animals, including zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, impalas, and several types of antelopes. Day 10
After an incredible journey through most parts of Uganda, you will embark on your return road trip to Entebbe. You will make a brief stop at the equator crossing, where you will have the opportunity to take photographs and participate in popular activities and experiments that are commonly done at this location. These experiments include observing how water swirls in opposite directions in the northern and southern hemispheres of the equator line when poured in a basin.
