Day 2
🌎 After breakfast, travel north to Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. 🦁 Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive through the eastern section of the park, famous for productive waterholes and outstanding predator sightings. 🦉 Spend two nights inside the park with access to a floodlit waterhole where wildlife often gathers throughout the night. After dinner, embark on an exciting, guided night drive searching for nocturnal species rarely seen during daytime safaris. The following day is dedicated to a full-day safari with packed lunches, maximising wildlife viewing opportunities across the park. 🦏 Expect excellent chances to encounter lion, elephant, black and white rhino, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra and large antelope species. 🦅 Birding is exceptional with more than 350 recorded species including Crimson-breasted Shrike, Violet-eared Waxbill, Pygmy Falcon, Namaqua Sandgrouse and Bare-cheeked Babbler. Day 4
🌎 Today the journey continues into the lush northeastern regions of Namibia where permanent rivers and wetlands create entirely different ecosystems from the country’s arid landscapes. 🦛 Explore the Mahango and Buffalo Core Areas of Bwabwata National Park, some of Namibia’s richest wildlife habitats. The Okavango River attracts impressive concentrations of elephant, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, red lechwe, sable antelope, reedbuck and waterbuck. 🦅 This region is regarded as Namibia’s top birding destination with exceptional opportunities to see Pel’s Fishing Owl, African Skimmer, Wattled Crane, Saddle-billed Stork, Slaty Egret and Coppery-tailed Coucal among many others. Game drives through floodplains, riverine forest and wetlands offer spectacular scenery and rewarding wildlife encounters throughout both days. Day 6
🛥️ Begin the morning with breakfast during a scenic boat cruise on the Okavango River before continuing east into the Kwando Core Area of Bwabwata National Park. 🐃This remote wilderness forms part of one of southern Africa’s most important wildlife migration corridors linking Namibia, Botswana, Angola, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Wildlife densities here are exceptional, particularly elephants and buffalo. 🐆 Stay at Nambwa Tented Lodge, uniquely located inside the Kwando Core Area itself, where wildlife frequently moves directly through camp. Over the next two days, enjoy extensive game drives through this predator-rich ecosystem. 🐕 The area is renowned for resident African wild dog packs, lion, leopard and huge elephant herds. Birdlife is equally rewarding with species such as Narina Trogon, Trumpeter Hornbill, African Wood Owl and African Barred Owlet regularly recorded. This is one of Namibia’s finest true wilderness safari experiences. Mid-range lodge inside Bwabwata NP (Zambezi Region, Namibia) All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 8
🌎 After breakfast, continue to Mudumu National Park for a full day of wildlife exploration. 🐘 This beautiful wilderness of mopane woodland, savannah and river systems supports large populations of elephant, buffalo, sable antelope, roan antelope and red lechwe. Special attention is given to locating the elusive sitatunga, one of southern Africa’s most secretive antelope species. The following day is dedicated to Nkasa Rupara National Park, Namibia’s largest protected wetland area often called the country’s “mini-Okavango Delta.” ✔️ Guided game drives with local expert guides reveal reed-lined channels, floodplains and marshes teeming with wildlife. ✔️ This park offers Namibia’s best opportunities to encounter puku, sitatunga, red lechwe and spotted-necked otter. 🦅 Birding is world-class with species such as Pel’s Fishing Owl, Rosy-throated Longclaw, Black Coucal and Slaty Egret regularly seen. Luxury lodge inside Nkasa Rupara NP (Zambezi Region, Namibia) All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 10

Sandy Colliss · Australia
Prev booked exceptional tours and locations, and lodgings. He took care of all of our needs. He communicated with us through What’s app. This was a great value for the cost.
Judy & Dan · United States
The suggested itinerary matched perfectly with our preferences. All accommodations were carefully chosen and according to our budget. Everything was very well planned and well communicated in advance (driving times, facilities, activities) and there was still room to profit from last minute opportunities. Our guide/driver was very knowledgeable about animals, birds and the country. He was always in a good mood and eager to satisfy our requests and questions. PEA Tours has always been quick to respond when planning the tour. Our Namibian Grand Tour was a wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Namibia.
