Arrival
On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, or your location in Johannesburg, you will self-drive to Lush Private Lodge. A private transfer from Johannesburg can also be arranged on request. After check-in, you will enjoy lunch before returning to your suite to settle in. We will meet in the dining area for high tea before departing on your evening game drive, with a stop for sundowners. You will return to the lodge for dinner in the dining area, before retiring to your suite for the evening. Day 2
Game Drives in Pilanesberg Game Reserve
You will have a wake-up call with coffee and tea before departing on your morning game drive with a coffee stop. You'll then return to the lodge for breakfast in the dining area. Afterwards, you will have some time for relaxation. At 1:00 p.m., lunch is served in the dining area. Later, we will meet in the dining area for high tea before departing on your evening game drive with a stop for sundowners. You will return to the lodge to enjoy dinner in the dining area then retire to your suite for the evening. Check out at Lush Private Game Lodge
You'll have a wake-up call with coffee and tea before departing on your morning game drive with a coffee stop. Afterwards, you will return to the lodge for breakfast in the dining area. At 11:00 a.m., you'll check out from the lodge and self-drive to Johannesburg. A private transfer to Johannesburg can be arranged on request. Sandra from Traipsing Africa's Safaris was amazing. She provided a few options and differing price points and gave some helpful suggestions. Compared to the other quotes her was amazing. We got to go to a small luxury lodge for the same or less than others quoted for good but not as great options. Communication was perfect. The drivers to and from the lodge were such good fun. Booked 3 days/2 nights at the Black Rhino Game lodge through Traipsing Africa and Sandra. Everything from request to payment and transport to and from JNB went very smoothly.
