Day 1

Windhoek to Namib Naukluft Park (Sossusvlei)

The adventure tour starts at 9:00 am from any hotel/lodge in Windhoek and heads south to the world-famous Sossusvlei via the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass. As you proceed to the destination, your guide will stop at various points to view and take pictures of anything that attracts you on the way. En route, you'll stop for lunch at Solitaire Oasis. After arrival at the lodge, it is time to relax and admire the vistas of the Namib Desert. You will spend 2 nights at the Desert Quiver Camp accommodation can be upgraded or downgraded. The distance to be covered is 350 km on a gravel road from Windhoek to Sossusvlei. Day 2

Sossusvlei , Deadvlei & Canyon

After an early breakfast and coffee, you will depart for a morning excursion to Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei. You will stop at the scenic Dune 45 along the way and spend a couple of hours at both Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei. Some of the dunes in the area are a few hundred meters high, but the view from the top for those that dare is one you will never forget. After lunch and a well-earned siesta, you will join the lodge for a sundowner nature drive before returning to the lodge in time for dinner. You'll explore the remarkable depths of Sesriem Canyon. Our experienced guides will share the history behind this magnificent natural canyon carved by the Tsauchab River. Day 3

Sossusvlei to Windhoek

Perfect organized tour for two persons to see wild animals and beautifull landscapes

We felt well advised by africa zim travel&tours even before booking. The whole tour went wonderfully. Times and agreements were honoured and our expectations of what we wanted to see were always met or exceeded. Mtho, our driver and sometimes guide, told us a lot about the countries, people and animals and had the patience to tell us the same thing sometimes four times if we didn't understand it or had already forgotten it. He always spread a good mood with his manner. He drove us safely over the sometimes bumpy and dusty roads. The selected hotels, rooms and meals were consistently good to luxurious. Overall, it was a varied and exciting trip and well worth the price.
