Upon arriving at Antananarivo Airport, you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to our hotel. As you travel through the city, you'll experience the vibrant culture and architecture of Madagascar's capital. After checking in and refreshing, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner at La Marais, known for its fusion of traditional Malagasy and international cuisine. After dinner, you will return to the hotel for a restful night, ready for the adventures to come. Day 2
Antananarivo to Andasibe-Mantadia National Park
After breakfast, you'll take the road to Andasibe with lush landscapes and scenic views. On the way, you will visit Mitsinjo Reserve, where you'll immerse yourself in the rich biodiversity of Madagascar. Guided tours will introduce you to the reserve's endemic species, including various lemurs, chameleons, and vibrant plant life. The reserve is community-managed, emphasizing conservation and education, so you’ll learn about the importance of protecting this unique ecosystem. Installation to your hotel on your arrival, and participating in a culinary workshop allows you to explore Madagascar's rich culinary heritage at Relais de Mantadia. You'll have the chance to learn about local ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes, a nocturnal visit to the VOI Reserve offers a magical experience under the stars. As night falls, you'll have the chance to spot nocturnal wildlife. Day 3
Andasibe to Antananarivo
In the early morning, you'll walk with a local guide to discover this protected area. It is mainly covered with primary forest peculiar to the east side of Madagascar. Many rare and endemic species can be found in this rainforest. The biodiversity is so amazing; we can meet Indri Indri the largest of lemurs here. His behavior is fascinating and your guide will explain all about him. Many other species are living there such as GreyBamboo lemur, Woolly lemur, and others. Flora is also very interesting; there are several species of medicinal plants. After the visit, you will drive back to Tana. On arrival in Tana, you will transfer to your hotel.
