The scenic drive takes approximately 2.5 hours, with your guide sharing insights about Zimbabwe’s people, culture, and history as you pass through the coal-mining town of Hwange. Upon arrival at Hwange Safari Lodge, your guide will assist with check-in and ensure you are comfortably settled in your deluxe room. At 08:30, your guide will pick you up for an early full-day game drive in Hwange National Park (Hwange National Park), one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Morning is the best time to spot active animals, especially lions, leopards, and other predators. Your professional guide will take you to strategic vantage points across the park for unforgettable game viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated platform within the park before continuing your afternoon game drive, spotting elephants, buffalo, antelopes, and the rich diversity of Hwange’s wildlife. The safari concludes at 16:00 with a return transfer to Hwange Safari Lodge. Overnight stay is on a Bed & Breakfast basis, providing comfort after an exhilarating day in the African bush. Hwange National Park - Victoria Falls
At 08:00, check out from Hwange Safari Lodge and visit the Painted Dog Conservation Centre, where you’ll learn about local efforts to protect the endangered painted dog using sustainable wildlife and environmental practices. After the visit, transfer to Victoria Falls, a scenic 2.5-hour drive. At 12:00, start your guided tour of the majestic Victoria Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in the world. Explore the Batoka Gorges and the largest sheet of water plunging into the Zambezi River, while your experienced local guide shares the rich history, culture, and unique stories of the area. This immersive walk lasts approximately 2 hours. At 15:45, relax on a luxury Zambezi River sunset cruise with snacks and drinks provided, offering a perfect way to unwind after your journey from Hwange National Park. Very very good value for money. We stay at Shearwater village, then Victoria falls, Chobe NP in camping, Hwange NP at Miombi camp. Everything was very well organized, pickups on time, transfer to Botswana, accommodation very nice (not super luxurious) but even better than expected. Camping in the middle of Chobe great experience. Miomba suite was so cosy. Staff very nice. Hilmar was flexible on my requests and reactive. No hidden costs. I recommend strongly and i will rely again on them if I come back.

Everything went really well. They came to pick us up from the hotel with a private vehicle, they transferred us from Kasane in Botswana. The guided tour was very interesting and the helicopter ride was impressive. The restaurant was great.
