Day 1
Johannesburg to Greater Kruger
Your adventure begins when you arrive at the lodge. Your transport from Johannesburg to the lodge can be arranged (shuttle, private transfer and flights) at an additional cost. You will arrive at the lodge, where you will have some time to relax and enjoy the facilities, such as the private plunge pool, the outdoor shower, or the spacious lounge area. In the afternoon, depart on your first game drive in an open safari vehicle, accompanied by a professional guide and tracker. After a thrilling game drive, you will return to the lodge for a delicious dinner. You will then retire to your comfortable bed and dream of more adventures to come. *Private road transfers from Johannesburg can be arranged at R7500 for 1-3 people. Morning & Sundowner Safaris
Wake up early to the sounds of nature and savour a hot beverage and rusks before heading out for your morning game drives. Witness the sunrise over the horizon and catch a glimpse of some nocturnal animals still active. Back at the lodge, enjoy late breakfasts and relax for the rest of the day. You can lounge by the pool, read a book, or indulge in a spa treatment. In the late afternoon, get ready for another game drive, where you will have more chances to see the incredible animals of the reserve. Watch the sunset and listen to the sounds of the night as you drive back to the lodge. Enjoy delicious dinners under the stars and share your stories with other guests. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
