Day 1
Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park
You'll be picked up from the airport or your hotel early in the morning and drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. Before entering the park, have a brief stop to view the elephants at the Voi Safari Lodge waterhole. Then, proceed to the Bachuma gate of Tsavo East National Park. With your safari guide, continue with a game viewing en route to Ashnil Aruba Safari Lodge for an early lunch. Spend the afternoon leisurely by the swimming pool while waiting for the sun to cool down for a late afternoon game viewing in Tsavo East National Park. You have an opportunity to view the "red elephants" of Tsavo, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and numerous species of wildlife. Visit Aruba Dam, where several aquatic birds can be seen. Day 2
Tsavo East National Park - Amboseli National Park
Enjoy a pre-breakfast safari in Tsavo East National Park. After breakfast, proceed to Amboseli National Park with a game drive as you exit the park. Amboseli National Park is famous for being the best place in the world to get close to wild elephants and view Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in Africa. It is home to iconic wildlife, hosting four members of the Big Five, from lions to graceful zebras, and countless bird species in its swamps and wetlands. Amboseli is celebrated for its exceptional opportunities for close encounters with members of the Big Five. You will arrive in Amboseli in good time for a hot lunch and relaxation. Later in the afternoon, when the sun has cooled off, proceed to the park for an extensive game viewing until 18h30. Day 3
Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park
Breakfast is followed by an extensive game drive in Amboseli National Park before exiting for Tsavo West National Park. It has a variety of wildlife, such as eastern black rhinoceros, hippopotamus, Cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, and lion. Other animals can also be spotted in the park, such as the bushbaby, hartebeest, lesser kudu, and Maasai giraffe. Apart from wildlife, you will visit the Mzima Springs, which is one of Tsavo's most popular wildlife attractions owing to its resident populations of hippos and Nile crocodiles. Mzima's isolation makes both species dependent on its waters; other sources are too distant for them to reach by overland travel. The hippos also sustain an entire food chain. They browse the surrounding savannah by night and return to Mzima's pools by day, where their dung fertilizes the water. Fruiting trees such as the date, raffia palms, water berries, and figs grow beside the water. Day 4
Tsavo West National Park to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
Have an early breakfast, then check out of the lodge and leave for the mid-morning game drive. Later, drive to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. Upon entering the sanctuary, begin a game-viewing drive as you drive towards Taita Hills Game Lodge for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon safari game drive in Taita Hills Salt Lick Game Sanctuary, followed by dinner and your overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is a privately-owned wildlife sanctuary and a national park in Kenya. It is located in Taita-Taveta County, approximately 220 kilometers from Mombasa. The sanctuary covers an area of 28,000 acres (110 square kilometers) and is adjacent to Tsavo West National Park and the LUMO Community Wildlife Sanctuary. It hosts Cape buffalo, African bush elephant, leopard, lion, cheetah, Maasai giraffe, zebra, hartebeest, impala, waterbuck, Thomson's gazelle, lesser kudu, dik-dik, hyena, and other smaller animals, including a diversity of birdlife. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary to Diani
Have an early morning game drive. After breakfast, depart from the lodge at 08h00. Enjoy game viewing en route as we exit the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. The journey will then continue either to Mombasa Airport or Diani in good time for you to catch your beach holiday. If you are to end your trip to Nairobi, please do let us know at the time of the inquiry, as this will enable us to plan your vacation wisely. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had during our tour with Mimsoft Safaris. Wonderful lodges, excellent services, with wonderful meals onboard. Kenya 🇰🇪 is definitely one of those places, especially the savannah(Mara), the actual beauty of which you can not capture through your camera lens no matter what you do. It settles deep into your soul in ways you cannot imagine. You lose track of time, and you lose your connection with this artificial world. You only exist in the wild, alongside your oldest pals, and get a good whiff of how far humans have strayed away from what they were supposed to be. Kenya was fantastic, and it was nothing less than a wonderful surprise for all of us. The weather, the hospitality inside the resorts, and lodges were excellent.
