You'll awaken to breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and enjoy a filling breakfast. You'll spend the morning exploring Amboseli’s diverse habitats on a game drive, including the swamps, which are home to hippos and abundant birdlife. At midday, you'll return to Kibo Safari Camp to relax by the pool, enjoy optional spa treatments, or savor lunch surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, you can do an optional activity: a visit to a traditional Maasai village to learn about their fascinating culture and vibrant traditions. Alternatively, an afternoon game drive offers another chance to spot Amboseli’s wildlife against the dramatic backdrop of a sunset-lit Kilimanjaro. Day 3
Amboseli National Park - Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will bid farewell to Amboseli and journey to Lake Naivasha, a serene oasis nestled in the Great Rift Valley. You'll arrive at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, surrounded by lush gardens frequented by resident giraffes, waterbucks, and monkeys. After a delicious lunch, you can opt for a guided boat ride, an optional activity (at an extra cost) across Lake Naivasha, where you’ll spot hippos and a variety of bird species, including fish eagles and pelicans. Another optional activity for this day is a walking safari on Crescent Island, a peaceful sanctuary where you can walk among zebras, giraffes, and gazelles.
