Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Take an early-morning drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras and attendant predators. Arrive in time for lunch, then have an afternoon game drive. Mid-range tented camp located inside Masai Mara NR Lunch & dinner (Breakfast not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we have a full-day drive, with a packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions and abundant resident wildlife, and it's one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame that they seek shelter from the hot sun under a vehicle, and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded. These include 16 species of eagles, many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 of bustards (including the kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds. Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

Day 3

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

Have an early-morning pickup, then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley's most famous Lake Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it's alkaline and is recognized as one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingoes, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times, there may be almost 2 million flamingoes in residence, forming a stunningly beautiful, deep-pink band along the edge of the lakeshore. Arrive in time for lunch, then have an afternoon game drive. Mid-range lodge located inside Lake Nakuru NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Lake Naivasha

Day 4

Lake Naivasha

Take an early morning drive to Lake Naivasha. It is the highest and most beautiful of the Rif Valley lakes. At 1,910 m (6,200 ft), the water is fresh, and the lake is fringed with dense clumps of papyrus (ancient Egyptian once used this to make paper). Kingfishers use the papyrus as a perch, and herons hide in it while searching for food. Naivasha is yet another area popular for birdwatching (over 400 species have been recorded). It is also a favorite weekend retreat for Nairobi residents, who come here to sail, water ski, and fish. There are no crocodiles in the lake because the water is too cold for them at this altitude, but there are a number of hippos. Along the lake shore, vineyards produce grapes for the country's fledgling wine industry. Amboseli National Park

Day 5

Amboseli National Park

Have an early start and drive to Amboseli National Park, check in at your accommodation, and spend the day at leisure. Amboseli National Park is situated due south of Nairobi. Most of the park consists of a dry, ancient lakebed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland, while in the southern area, there is a number of small, rocky, volcanic hills. Around the swamps of Ol Okenya, Ol Tukai, and Enkongo Narok, the vegetation is lush with yellow-barked acacias and phoenix palms. Day 6

Amboseli National Park

Rise early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, with a packed lunch provided. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be planned after breakfast, offering a glimpse into the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in Africa for experiencing elephants at close range. Left unharassed by poachers, elephants feeding and bathing in the swamps must form the highlights of any safari. Tsavo West National Park

Day 7

Tsavo West National Park

We depart by road for Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, then take an optional afternoon or evening game drive. Tsavo West is the most visited section of Tsavo National Park, offering many attractions beyond its wildlife. The foremost is the famous Mzima Springs, where up to 227.3 million liters of cool, crystal-clear water flows out of the ground through porous volcanic rock. The water is believed to originate from the Chuyulu Hills via an underground river. Luxury lodge located inside Taita Hills WS All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Tsavo West National Park

Day 8

Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, we have a full-day game drive with a packed lunch provided. Other interesting places to visit are the Roaring Rocks, which get their name from the wind that hurtles through them. From here, there are wonderful views over Tsavo from the top of a 98 m rock face; similar views can be experienced from the poachers' lookout. The volcanic Chaimu Crater, less than 200 years old and composed of black coke, is worth visiting and can be climbed if one is interested. The area is a good place to look out for klipspringer, a small antelope that's as agile as its Swahili name, mbuzi mawe (mountain goat). In the southwest corner of Tsavo West is Lake Jipe, which has the Kenyan-Tanzanian border running through it. Awesome Experience

Safari with Jacmiya Safaris was the adventure of a lifetime and the fulfillment of our dreams. Kenya has something truly extraordinary about it and will remain in our hearts forever—we will definitely return one day with more friends. We are very grateful for the meticulous planning of our trip, which was exciting, colorful, and full of unforgettable experiences. Jackie, our contact person was truly amazing. She was able to respond to all our questions, changing itineraries time by time until we were fully satisfied with what we wanted. She could even send us messages during the safari just to ensure we were safe. We really felt at home with them ,a very hospitable team indeed. Special thanks go to our guide, as the success of this journey was largely thanks to him. Julius showed us far more than we expected—we saw the Big Five and many other animals, always had the best views, were close to the wildlife, and were able to take beautiful photos. Julius is a wonderful person who truly cared about making our trip unforgettable. Thank you Jacmiya Safaris, we will visit again and definitely book with them

Excellent services, Reliable Company

We visited Kenya for the December holiday with my wife. We were met by our guide John at Tamarind Hotel in Nairobi where our excellent safari had just began. Having such a knowledgeable and friendly guide just added to our experience. We travelled to the Masai Mara arriving at the Sarova Mara camp which was very relaxing and comfortable with great staff. We had 2 days Safari there seeing some beautiful animals lions,Cheetah, Elephant, Hippos,Warthogs, Hyenas and lots more. We then travelled to Lake Nakuru staying at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge and on our game drives managed to see Rhinos, Lions, Baboons and lots of bird life. We would highly recommend this package and taking the option of a private Land Cruiser. Booking a group safari might sometimes turn out not fun since there's no flexibility at all. John was very attentive and he played a big role to the success of our trip. My wife and I really enjoyed we will definitely come back again. Thank you JACMIYA SAFARIS for making our safari a success!

Another Incredible Experience – Even Better the Second Time!

In January we set out on our second trip to Kenya and once again we were blown away by how well everything was organised. This time we booked online through Jacmiya and Joseph who set everything up did a fantastic job putting the whole trip together for us. He really listened to what we wanted, adjusted the itinerary until it was exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. We were lucky enough to have John as our guide, and he was just as good, His knowledge of Kenya, the wildlife, and all the parks was brilliant. He’s one of those guides who can somehow spot animals from unbelievable distances pointing out things we never would’ve noticed ourselves. He looked after us from start to finish and made everyday fun, relaxed, and memorable. Jacmiya did a fantastic job with the overall organisation and every swap of location was as seamless as our first trip, they make it look so effortless. That same level of care absolutely came through on this second visit as well. Just like before, we always felt at ease and well taken care of from both Jacmiya and their team to all the people we met along the way at lodges and hotels that were chosen for us to which we must say were amazing. After two incredible trips, we can confidently say that Joseph, John, and the whole Jacmiya team are exceptional. Whether it’s your first safari or your fifth, you’ll be in great hands.

Very professional and kind

My 6 days safari with Jacmiya Safaris just left me with endless memories. I was a solo traveller and they truly took good care of me. Joseph, the guy who was in contact with me during the planning stage was really quick with his responses. I could message him with several changes and still get them done promptly. Much appreciation to John, my tour guide who did all he can to make the safari a success. John knew nearly everyone in the park, and that made me feel like he really knew his work well and very famous. He could make calls to his colleagues asking for best spots and within no minute, we were there. I was lucky to see all the BIG FIVE and the most interesting part was seeing the killing- very rare sightings as I was informed. Thank you Jacmiya Safaris, I will surely recommend them to my friends.
