Tour step
You'll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Day 1
We’ll start early in the morning breakfast and then drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Here you’ll check-in at your accommodations and have lunch. The Mara is famous for its elephants, wildebeest, zebras, impalas, buffaloes, gazelles, rhinos, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. In the afternoon you’ll go on a game drive. Activities available here include morning and afternoon game drives, a black rhino tracking experience, a guided bush walk, horseback riding, a cultural visit to Maasai villages and markets, or a magical hot air balloon flight over the plains (cost not included) followed by a beautiful breakfast. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp/lodge. Mid-range lodge located just outside Masai Mara NR Lunch & dinner (Breakfast not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 2
You will be taken on two game drives today—in the morning before breakfast and in the late afternoon. Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals as this is when they are most active. These times of day also provide some of the most dramatic photography thanks to the beautiful lighting. If you are fortunate enough, you will spot some lions and get to watch some of the social interaction between pride members—especially the lion clubs playing under the watchful eyes of their mothers. The reserve is also famous for the wildebeest migration. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp. Mid-range lodge located just outside Masai Mara NR All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 3
After an early morning wake-up call we will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is known all over the world for its flamingoes and alkaline lake that recognized as one of the natural wonders of the world. We’ll arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. We will stop at viewpoints that offer superb photo opportunities. Lake Nakuru is one of several Rift Valley lakes. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different mammal species, including the white rhino and buffaloes, and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species (including the famous greater and lesser flamingos). Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge. Mid-range hotel located less than 1hr drive from Lake Nakuru NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 4
Today we’ll go on an early morning drive to Lake Naivasha, which is the highest and the most beautiful of the Rift Valley lakes. At 1910m (6200f), the water is fresh and fringed with dense clumps of papyrus (which ancient Egyptians once used to make paper). There are no crocodiles in the lake as the water is too cold for them (due to the altitude), but there are a number of hippos. Along the lakeshore, vineyards produce grapes for the country's fledgling wine industry. An optional boat ride can be organized at an extra cost. You will also visit Crescent Island. This is a private island on Lake Naivasha that rose to fame after the 1985 movie “Out of Africa” was released. The film showcased the beautiful nature of Lake Naivasha and its surroundings. It can be described as a garden, an animal sanctuary, or simply a little paradise. Mid-range lodge located near Lake Naivasha (Naivasha) All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 5
Today we’ll go on an early morning drive to Amboseli National Park. You’ll check in at your accommodations and have lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is situated due south of Nairobi. Most of the park consists of a dry, ancient lakebed, and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland. In the southern area, there are a number of small, rocky, volcanic hills. Around the swamps Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok, the vegetation is lush with yellow barked acacias and phoenix palms. The park is known as the best place to view large herds of elephants up close. There is also an incredible view of Mount Kilimanjaro, which is across the border of Kenya and Tanzania. Lake Amboseli is dry outside the rainy season but dominates the landscape otherwise. There are more than 600 species of birds in the park. You will spend your night at the lodge. Mid-range lodge located just outside Amboseli NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 6
You'll rise early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be planned after breakfast (cost not included). The visit will showcase the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is probably still the best wildlife area in Africa to experience elephants at close range. Left carefree, elephants feeding and bathing in the swamps must form the highlights of any safari. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge. Mid-range lodge located just outside Amboseli NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 7
After an early morning breakfast, you’ll check out and enjoy a game drive en-route to Emali Station for the Madaraka Inter-County SGR Train. The train arrives at 9:27am and leaves at 9:31am, arriving at the Mombasa terminal at 2:00pm. Your first-class ticket is included in this tour package. You’ll enjoy the comfort of your air-conditioned compartment as you travel through sections of Amboseli. The train route is positioned higher than the roadway and offers an elevated view. With its large windows you’ll enjoy wonderful vistas of the passing landscapes. You will be picked up by our representative upon arrival for a transfer to your beach resort, where you will spend the rest of your holiday. After check-in and freshening up, you can lounge by the poolside taking in the beautiful sights of the ocean and palm trees. Enjoy a restful time in this beautiful place! Day 8
Your days will be spent on the white sands of Diani beach at your leisure (with an option to participate in water sports). Diani beach is an amazing sight with long stretches of flawless white sand hugged by lush forest. The beach here is truly magnificent—and we are not only talking about its marvelous coastline and deep blue waters! We are also talking about its ambiance, scenery, and landscape. Diani is an entertainer, and judging from the myriad of activities to engage in here, the chances of getting bored are almost zero! There are plenty of activities to do in this quiet, intimate vacation spot. You can try a camel ride on the beach or go kitesurfing, jet skiing, or snorkeling. The more daring even have opportunities to go sky diving. Depending on your desire for adventure, you can partake in any of these activities. At an extra cost, you may also join a boat excursion to Kisite Mpunguti National Marine Park to see dolphins and other marine wildlife.
