Your journey begins with an early-morning departure from Nairobi, with pickup at your hotel or residence, as you head south toward Amboseli National Park. The drive takes you through the expansive plains of Kajiado County, an area known for its wide open savannah, scattered acacia trees, and traditional Maasai villages. Along the way, your guide will share insights about the local culture, landscapes, and wildlife that make this region unique. During the drive, you’ll make a scenic stopover to admire and photograph the spectacular Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. On clear days, the snow-capped peak rises dramatically above the plains, offering one of the most iconic views in East Africa. After the stopover, the adventure continues toward Amboseli, where the landscapes gradually open up into the famous elephant country. After breakfast at your lodge or camp, you’ll check out and start the journey back to Nairobi. Early mornings in Amboseli often offer some of the best views of Mount Kilimanjaro, with the snow-capped peak clearly visible above the plains on a clear day. As you leave the park behind, enjoy a relaxed drive through the scenic landscapes of Kajiado County. Along the way, you’ll make a pleasant stopover for brunch at a local restaurant or lodge, giving you time to stretch, refresh, and enjoy a meal before continuing the journey. After the break, continue the drive back to your hotel or accommodation, arriving in the afternoon. Excellent Guides, Amazing Safari Adventure
We decided to go on a safari tour around 9 pm the night before. Despite the short notice, we received an immediate WhatsApp response after our inquiry, and we were able to book the tour smoothly, even at the last minute. Our experienced guides showed us a variety of animals within Lake Nakuru National Park. When we spotted giraffes in the distance, our guides suggested, 'They will likely come back this way later, so let's check out another spot and come back.' After spotting lions, white rhinos, flamingos, pelicans, and more, we returned to the same spot, and sure enough, giraffes crossed right in front of us!!! Kudos to our guides for their exceptional knowledge of wild animal behavior! Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable safari adventure;)
