Day 1
Arusha
Today, you will depart Arusha in the morning and head directly to Tarangire National Park, named after the river that runs through it which quenches the thirst of a variety of animals, including giraffes, waterbucks, wildebeests, zebras, and a high-density of elephants. Tarangire is home to over 550 species of birds and its hilly landscape is dotted with baobabs and diverse grasses. After a morning game drive, you will enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the river, before continuing wildlife viewing until leaving the park in the late afternoon and going to the accommodation. Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s safari highlights. The name Ngorongoro is from a Maasai word meaning ‘Gift of Life’. You will begin by taking in the magnificent views from the crater rim before descending into the crater itself. You will have the opportunity to see elephants, lions, buffalos, zebras, and many other species of animals and birds. You will enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the hippo pool. The Ngorongoro Crater is beautiful at any time of year and teaming with wildlife. You may experience clear views of the crater bowl or mists rolling down into the base— either way a memorable experience. Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you will head to Lake Manyara, an alkaline lake, rich with plant and birdlife. The lake’s environment supports over 300 species of birds including cormorants, pink flamingos, pelicans, and storks. After a picnic lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive where you can see elephants and baboons (in fact Lake Manyara boasts the most baboons in any park in Africa!) If you are lucky you will also see the famous tree-climbing lions. All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Perfect amount of time to cover everything we wanted to. Johnson was the best!! So accommodating and made sure we were all great. Stayed in all different level properties to get different feels for different types of lodges. Definitely had our favorites. Would have liked to have done a sunrise drive. Great value!!!

Unforgettable Safari
Our safari with Taswira was simply perfect! Every day, we enjoyed delicious food, and dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free) were accommodated without any issues. Our guide and the chef were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and always there for us. The safaris themselves were outstanding – we saw amazing wildlife and received fascinating information along the way. A special highlight was the food: while other safaris only provided lunch boxes, we always had a freshly prepared, warm meal. The tents were spacious and equipped with mosquito protection, and the camps were all beautiful – we felt comfortable at all times. Taswira offers an absolutely recommendable safari experience that we would book again in a heartbeat! Big thanks to Rocky and Samson!!!!
