Arrival in Maun – Transfer to Moremi Game Reserve
- You fly into Maun Airport; road transfer (~3-5 hours) to your bush camp. - You have an afternoon game drive en route or upon arrival, you'll spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and impala in mopane forests. - Sunset sundowners, campfire dinner. Your overnight stay will be in en-suite tents. - Accommodation: tent size 3x3m, each tent has a private veranda and bathroom, bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink, and our staff. Full-Day Exploration in Moremi Game Reserve
You'll have an early morning game drive for predators (lions on hunts, leopards in trees) and red lechwe in floodplains. - You have brunch at the camp. - You'll have an afternoon boat cruise at Xhakanaka. You'll glide silently through reed-lined channels for frog-eye views of hippos, water birds, and tiny painted reed frogs. - Accommodation: tent size 3x3m, each tent has a private veranda and bathroom, bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink, and your staff. -You have a morning boat cruise (if water levels allow) for birding (African fish eagles, malachite kingfishers, lilac-breasted rollers). - In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a game drive targeting wild dogs, lions, leopards, or hyena dens. - Optional guided walk for smaller details (tracks, plants). - Accommodation: tent size 3x3m, each tent has a private veranda and bathroom, bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink.
