Day 1
Arrival in Arusha, Tanzania
Welcome to Tanzania! Your adventure begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our friendly driver-guide will meet and warmly welcome you. You’ll then be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, a peaceful town nestled at the foot of Mount Meru. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge or explore the town at your leisure. This day is all about settling in, recovering from your journey, and getting ready for the unforgettable safari experiences awaiting you in the days ahead. Day 2
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park is known for its large elephant populations and iconic baobab trees. The park’s diverse landscape of riverine forest, grasslands, and swamps supports an impressive array of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and over 550 bird species. Enjoy a full-day game drive with opportunities to spot predators and herbivores in their natural habitat. The park’s less-busy roads offer a peaceful safari experience. Serengeti National Park
Travel towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. En route, enjoy scenic views of the vast plains and rolling hills. Upon arrival, begin your first game drive, encountering abundant wildlife such as lions, cheetahs, wildebeest, and elephants. The Serengeti is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and incredible biodiversity. Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
After an unforgettable time in the Serengeti, you will depart for the breathtaking Ngorongoro Highlands. This journey takes you from the vast open plains of the Serengeti to the lush, green highlands surrounding the famous Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of rolling hills, traditional Maasai villages, and farmland. Upon arrival, prepare for the next day’s adventure exploring the crater, one of the richest wildlife habitats on Earth. The cooler climate and stunning landscapes of the highlands offer a refreshing contrast to the Serengeti plains, providing a perfect setting to relax and reflect on your safari experiences. Day 7
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast at the lodge, we will drive approximately 1.5 hours (60 km) to the Ngorongoro Crater. The 4- to 5-hour game drive in the crater offers the chance to see the Big Five and a diverse array of wildlife. Lunch will be served inside the park. You will depart with cherished memories of the stunning scenery and rich wildlife of the Ngorongoro Crater. In the afternoon, during the game drive, you'll drive back to Arusha, where you'll arrive in the early evening, before dinner. I had Omary and Alex as my guide and driver for an unforgettable tour of Terangire National Park. They went out of their way to make my safari day amazing. They spotted lots of interesting small animals and tried their hardest to find me my big cats despite some very muddy conditions.

Omar, on the other hand, is funny, has great knowledge, and makes your experience unforgettable. That´s why I recommend both: they treat you well, respond to your needs, and have a lot of experience. I spent the day at Tarangire National Park on safari with Omar and Alex- both incredible guides. As I mentioned above, Omar was fantastic- he knew every animal and bird we came across and had so much knowledge to share on every one. He kept us entertained the whole time. Alex is one of the junior tour operators and did a really amazing job at navigating us around the park. We got to see elephants and lions almost within arms reach, and we even spotted a leopard at the end. The value for money was incredible. Setting up the safari was even easier. I couldn’t recommend this company enough (especially Omar and Alex)!

Omar was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about nature, while also being funny and thoughtful.
Day safari to Tarangire with Omar and Alex was incredible. They were both so thoughtful and focused on giving us the best possible experience. We went during the wet season, roads throughout the park were muddy and driving was phenomenal. Very mindful and dedicated to get us great views, we saw >80 elephants (some of which came right up to us) and last minute we were able to see a sleeping leopard in a huge baobab tree. Omar spent the whole time teaching about every animal we were able to see and overall took great care to make sure we were hydrated, well-fed and overall comfortable. Will be reaching out to them for future safaris.
