Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Your journey begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel or airport, followed by a scenic 3-4 hour drive to Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s iconic wildlife destinations. Along the way, you'll enjoy the picturesque countryside and open plains, with Mount Kilimanjaro gradually coming into view. Upon arrival, you'll check in at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge and savor lunch while admiring breathtaking views of the park. In the afternoon, you'll embark on a game drive through Amboseli’s diverse landscapes, from open grasslands to acacia woodlands and lush seasonal swamps teeming with wildlife. The park is famous for its large elephant herds set against Kilimanjaro’s stunning backdrop. Amboseli National Park
You'll wake up to the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge before setting off on a full-day adventure. You'll spend the morning exploring the park on an exciting game drive, capturing incredible wildlife sightings, and admiring the park’s diverse landscapes. Mid-morning, you'll visit Observation Hill, where you’ll take in panoramic views of Amboseli's vast plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands. Around midday, you'll have a picnic lunch in the park surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, you'll embark on another game drive, seeking out more wildlife as the heat of the day subsides. Later, you'll head to a Maasai village for a cultural experience, to learn about their way of life, and deep-rooted traditions, and engage in conversations with the Maasai elders to gain insights into their strong connection to nature and wildlife conservation. Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park
You'll begin your day with breakfast at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, then check out and prepare for the next leg of your journey. You'll embark on a 1-2 hour drive to Tsavo West National Park, passing through picturesque landscapes, rural villages, and open savannahs, offering a glimpse into Kenya’s diverse countryside. Upon arrival, you'll visit the Shetani Lava Flows, a vast expanse of black lava formed by a volcanic eruption. You'll explore the volcanic rocks, lava tubes, and crevices, offering a surreal landscape. Around lunchtime, you'll transfer to Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge for check-in and savor a delicious lunch. Tsavo West NP to Taita Hills Widlife Sanctuary
You'll begin your day with a hearty breakfast at Kilaguni Serena Lodge in the heart of Tsavo West National Park. After check-out, you'll enjoy a scenic game drive en route to Mzima Springs, a lush oasis fed by underground streams from the Chyulu Hills. They were very professional. Terry was very kind and she always answered fast. She help us a lot and did her best to accomplish our requirements, 10/10 to her. The safari vehicles were brand new and the guides maintained them very clean. We had Mugambi and Issac as guides. They also did a great job and make us every day to be amazing.
