Your journey begins early from Kigali, driving through stunning countryside to Musanze District, part of the Virunga Conservation Area shared by Rwanda, Uganda, and the DRC. The park features five volcanoes—Karisimbi, Bisoke, Muhabura, Gahinga, and Sabyinyo—offering incredible hiking and primate experiences. Choose between a Mount Bisoke hike, golden monkey trekking, or the Dian Fossey Tomb Hike. Enjoy breathtaking views, rich biodiversity, and local culture.
