Cape Town to Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve
The drive from Cape Town to Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve passes through the little town of Ceres, known for its beauty and fruit plantations. After a buffet lunch at the Ambassador Suite, guests can explore the gardens or relax in their suites. The sunset Big Five safari tour departs in the late afternoon with a dedicated game ranger, blankets, and hot water bottles (for cold weather). Complimentary soft drinks and water are available during the game drive. After the game drive, guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks before a 5-course set menu dinner at the Traditional Rondavel restaurant. Day 2
Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve to Cape Town
The day starts with a sunrise Big Five safari tour. Wake up early for a 2,5 to 3-hour private sunrise game drive (in summer, the game drive begins at 6:00am and in winter at 7:00am). The length of the game drive depends on what you see and stop for—expect to return to the lodge between 9:30 am and 10:00am. Upon your return to the lodge, you will enjoy hot beverages. Enjoy a hearty breakfast served in your suite from 9:00am. Check-out time is 10:00am. Relax around the lodge or go for a nature walk until it is time to depart for Cape Town at 12:30pm. Your guide will return you to your accommodation in Cape Town by mid-afternoon. Breakfast (Lunch & dinner not included) Drinks not included

Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
