Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your beach hotel on the Kenyan coast (Diani, Mombasa, Watamu, or Malindi). You'll drive inland through the scenic countryside toward Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s oldest and largest wildlife reserves. After approximately 4–5 hours of travel, you'll arrive at the park's entrance, where your game viewing begins in earnest. As you make your way to the lodge or camp, keep your eyes open for red elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and a variety of antelope species. The park’s vast open plains and the Galana River offer great chances to spot wildlife in their natural habitat. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and a bit of relaxation before heading out on an afternoon game drive. This evening, return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness. Morning Game Drive and Return to the Coast

Wake up early to the calls of nature and set off on a sunrise game drive, a prime time for spotting predators such as lions or cheetahs before the heat of the day sets in. The soft morning light also provides great photographic opportunities. After your drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and check-out. Begin your journey back to the coast, enjoying the last glimpses of wildlife as you exit the park. The tour was well organized, with beautiful lodges (we loved Satao Camp and Severin Safari Camp), John was very helpful and also helped to organize a birthday surprise for a friend, Amos our tour guide was just awesome, he gave everything to make our tour unforgettable.
