Day 1
Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
You'll depart from Nairobi and head west for the Masai Mara, enjoying the scenic view of the Great Rift Valley escarpments. You'll have the first stopover at the viewpoint to give you the chance to appreciate the view. The second stopover will be at Narok or at the camp to have your hot lunch before being dropped at the Camp for relaxation, followed by dinner and an overnight stay. Day 2
Explore Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of wildlife viewing within the reserve after breakfast. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography. You will enjoy the game drive in search of the big five (Rhino, Elephant, Lion, Leopard, and Buffalo), including other wildlife and bird species. The driver-guide will help you set up a safe place to enjoy your picnic lunch. Later, you'll continue with the game drive. Then, you'll head back to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Maasai Mara to Nairobi
You'll wake up to the sounds of the African bush and enjoy an optional visit to the Maasai village (Manyatta). This cultural experience allows you to engage with the local community, learn about their traditions, witness traditional dances, and gain insights into their unique lifestyle. It’s a memorable and enriching way to wrap up your safari experience. After the visit, you'll begin your drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. You will be dropped off at Java House, Mama Ngina Street, marking the end of your journey with us. Breakfast & lunch (Dinner not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Excellent Safari Tour - Highly Recommend
We had an incredible experience with Meterai Safaris on our January trip to the Maasai Mara! As a group of three girls traveling together, we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Richard was an exceptional host and guide. He truly listened to what we wanted out of the experience and tailored the safari to fit our preferences, which made it feel personal rather than scripted. When our flights changed at the last minute, the company was incredibly flexible and accommodating—making what could have been stressful feel seamless and easy. Airport pickup and drop-off were right on time, and the transitions were smooth throughout. The safari itself was unforgettable. We saw 3 of the Big 5, and Richard went above and beyond—doing some seriously impressive driving and tracking to help us spot animals that are notoriously hard to find. You could tell he was experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible sightings. The entire trip felt safe, well-organized, affordable, and thoughtfully planned. Amazing experience
