Day 1
Flight to Semera and drive to Volcano
After breakfast we will go to the airport, from where we will fly to the city of Semera. We will drive through the Afar region, occasionally we will come across nomads with camels, small villages. We make a stop for lunch on a salt lake. After lunch we will continue our way to the volcano. The asphalt is replaced by a dirt road. By sunset we arrive at the camp and begin the ascent. Light trekking 40 minutes and we will reach the crater. And you will understand that all the tests were worth it. You are on the edge of a volcano, above you the starry sky, and under you the lava river splashes and seethes. At the camp, the chef has already worked on a delicious dinner We will spend the night under the starry sky. Accommodation: camping in Ert’ale. Day 2
Drive to Hamed Ella
At dawn, those who wish, together with a guide, will be able to climb the volcano again and see it in daylight. After enjoying the view, we go downstairs for breakfast. After breakfast, we drive through lava fields to the small village of Hamad Ale in the hottest place on earth. After lunch at the campsite, we will go to Lake Assal for sun set and to see the sale lake. This is the area with best sun set view area in the Danakil part. We return to the camp for dinner. We are resting and discussing the impressions of the passed day. Accommodation: camping in Hamed Ale village. All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Day 3
Visit Dallol and drive to Semera
Morning we visit Dallol, which at 116m below sea level is the lowest point on the African continent. Admire the stunning landscape, the ground many shades of red, yellow and orange from the hot water, acids and minerals spurting up from the ground. Where lakes of acid form colorful sulfur formation in the hottest and deepest part of Danakil depression and you will also witness the cutting of salt bricks and salt being loading on to camels for the long caravans (approximately 1500-2000 camels weekly.) Have lunch and then proceed to Semera overnight Kuriftu resort at Semera. Mid-range hotel located in Semera (Town) All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

Day 4
Flight to Addis
Today flight back to Addis and a visit of Ethnological museum that is found in the university, have lunch and souvenir shopping, evening fare well dinner at one of the city’s best traditional restaurants to enjoy a variety of Ethiopian cuisines and watch traditional dancing transfer. Then transfer to Bole international airport for the night flight back home. Breakfast & dinner (Lunch not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
