Day 1
Skukuza Airport to Sabi Sand Game Reserve
Upon arrival at Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, you will be met for your road transfer to Umkumbe Safari Lodge, where you will stay in a luxury tented suite. Once you arrive at the lodge, you will check-in, settle, and enjoy high tea before setting out on your first-afternoon game drive to begin your search for the animals, including the Big Five. Day 2
Sabi Sand Game Reserve
The morning game drive starts at sunrise. You will wake up before dawn for tea and coffee before the game drive starts. Then, you are off for 3 hours to find as many animals as possible before they all find trees to hide under in the heat of the day. When the game drive returns to the lodge, you will be served a delicious hot breakfast and have time to relax. You can sit by the pool, read a book, take a nap, and absorb being out in the bush. If you prefer an activity-filled day, guided bush walks are on offer. After high tea, the afternoon game drive will start around 3:30–4:00 pm. It will last for 3 hours with a stopover somewhere for sundowners. You will return to the lodge in the dark, with a spotlight to look for nocturnal animals. Day 4
Sabi Sand to Skukuza
After your final morning game drive to look for the last remaining animals that have eluded you, you will enjoy a warm breakfast. You will depart the lodge for your road transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, where your safari comes to an end. We will happily help with any add-ons, such as the Garden Route, Cape Town, Victoria Falls, and more. Breakfast (Lunch & dinner not included) All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor)
