Hoedspruit to Dumela Tented Camp
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Hoedspruit and driven to Dumela Tented Camp where you will check into your glamping site at 2:00 pm. After some time to relax and enjoy the facilities, you will depart at 3:00 pm for a 3-hour afternoon sunset game drive in the Greater Kruger Blue Canyon in an open safari vehicle. You'll get to see some of the park's most famous animals such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes, before returning to camp at about 7:00 pm for a great boma dinner and a tranquil night under the stars. Kruger National Park
You will get up early to be ready at 5:30 am for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park. The exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for wildlife viewing. Your safari in Kruger will last for about 7 to 8 hours, during which you will venture deep into the Orpen-Satara area, where your chances of seeing lions are better than anywhere else in the park. You will return to the camp with ample time to unwind and get ready for a starlit dinner around the fire. You'll wake up early for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park while predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas are still active. You'll get to view the sunrise over the park, which is a spectacular sight. You will get up early to be ready at 5:30 am for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park. The exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for game viewing. Your Kruger National Park safari will last for 7 to 8 hours, so you should be back at the camp with time to relax by the fire before dinner. Alternatively, you can choose a full-day Panorama Route tour that will take you along this iconic route. Later, you'll have dinner under the stars where you will share your experiences with others and make new friends. After breakfast, it is time to say goodbye and return to Hoedspruit. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
