Tour step
You'll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Day 1
Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel or airport in Nairobi. You’ll drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley, stopping briefly at a viewpoint to take in the panoramic views. The journey continues past rural Kenyan landscapes and small towns until you arrive at the Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch. After checking into your lodge or camp and enjoying a short rest, you'll head out for your first afternoon game drive in the reserve. Expect to see a variety of wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly lions or cheetahs beginning their evening hunt. Return to camp in the early evening for dinner and overnight stay. Mid-range tented camp located just outside Masai Mara NR Lunch & dinner (Breakfast not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 2
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the rich wildlife of the Masai Mara, one of Africa’s most celebrated game parks. After breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive. You’ll venture deep into the reserve, possibly reaching the Mara River, where crocodiles and hippos dwell and where the famous wildebeest crossings occur during migration season. Your guide will help track the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — along with countless other species such as antelopes, hyenas, warthogs, and birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild, then continue your safari through different habitats before returning to your camp in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at your lodge. Optional: A morning hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost for a unique aerial view of the plains, followed by a champagne breakfast. Mid-range tented camp located just outside Masai Mara NR All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 3
After an early breakfast, depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru. The journey to Lake Nakuru National Park takes you back through the Rift Valley, with a stop for lunch en route. Arrive at Lake Nakuru accommodation in the afternoon for lunch and after a short rest, proceed for a game drive in this unique park, known for its large populations of white and black rhinos, endangered Rothschild’s giraffes, and the often pink-hued lake from seasonal flamingos. Keep an eye out for buffaloes, waterbucks, zebras, and possibly leopards. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or hotel near the park. Mid-range lodge located less than 1hr drive from Lake Nakuru NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 4
After breakfast, drive to Hell’s Gate National Park, located near Lake Naivasha, arriving mid-morning. Unlike other parks, Hell’s Gate offers a more active safari experience — you can explore it by biking (bikes rented at the gate) or on foot, accompanied by a guide. Ride or hike past dramatic cliffs, gorges, and geothermal steam vents while spotting animals like zebras, gazelles, and baboons. Later, take an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha (at an additional cost) to see hippos and aquatic birds up close. Check in at your lodge near Naivasha for dinner and overnight stay. Mid-range hotel located less than 1hr drive from Hell’s Gate NP All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 5
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before beginning your drive back to Nairobi. Depending on your schedule, you may stop for souvenirs or lunch en route (own cost). Arrival in Nairobi will be around mid-day or early afternoon, with drop-off at your hotel or airport for your onward journey. Breakfast (Lunch & dinner not included) Drinks not included

We had a great time in Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli. The tour was well organized, with beautiful lodges (we loved Satao Camp and Severin Safari Camp), John was very helpful and also helped to organize a birthday surprise for a friend, Amos our tour guide was just awesome, he gave everything to make our tour unforgettable. We will definitely book our next safari in Kenya with Trav-Interactive again. Thank you for the great experience!

This was my first safari and I loved doing it with Trav Interactive! They were great value for money. Really glad we did the fly in and fly out. The camp that we originally wanted was booked and they gave us an upgrade for free. The guides on the safari were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Highly recommend!

Ben and Isaac were such lovely guides, they knew how to find great viewing spots for all animals, were knowledgeable of all the animals we saw, and very flexible with our jet lag! Loved them! Very funny and personable
