Day 1
Upon early arrival at Entebbe International Airport before 1:00 PM, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional Safaris driver-guide and begin your scenic transfer to Kibale National Park, often referred to as the “primate capital of the world.” The journey takes you through picturesque countryside, tea plantations, and rural communities. Kibale is home to over 13 primate species, including chimpanzees, black-and-white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and L’Hoest’s monkeys. You will arrive in the late afternoon or evening and check in at your lodge for relaxation. If you arrive earlier in the day, you may opt for additional activities at an extra cost, such as a guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its rich birdlife and primates, a visit to the scenic crater lakes, exploration of the Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves for cultural insights, or a trip to Sempaya Hot Springs in Semuliki National Park. You will go for chimpanzee tracking and enjoy a wonderful forest experience with these resident chimpanzees. These engaging apes are the closest species to human beings and are great to watch as they are playful both on the ground and in the trees. Next, you will have lunch and proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of Uganda's most popular parks, offering many scenic game drives. In addition, the park has a wide variety of wild animals and over 600 bird species, incorporating various habitats ranging from savannah to wetlands and lowland forests. Later, we proceed to the lodge. Mid-range lodge located just outside Kyambura Gorge (Chimps) All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 3
Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most diverse wildlife destinations, home to over 95 mammal species. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, spotted hyenas, hippos, and the elusive giant forest hog as you explore the vast savannah plains. You will also visit the scenic Lake Katwe, where traditional salt mining offers a unique cultural insight. Return to the lodge for relaxation before heading out in the afternoon for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which links Lake George and Lake Edward. This is one of the best places in Africa to view large concentrations of wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a wide variety of bird species along the shores. After the cruise, enjoy an evening game drive as you return to the lodge, offering more opportunities to spot wildlife in the golden light of the setting sun. Embark on a short game drive in search of these unique predators and other wildlife before continuing your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and unwind amidst the lush forest surroundings. Bwindi is home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas and boasts exceptional biodiversity, including over 350 bird species, with 23 Albertine Rift endemics such as the blue-throated broadbill and bar-tailed trogon. Enjoy an early evening at leisure and retire early to prepare for the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience the following day. Gorilla trekking is one of the world’s most extraordinary wildlife experiences, with treks lasting between 2 to 7 hours depending on the location of the gorilla family. Led by experienced rangers, you will hike through dense forest while learning about the region’s rich flora, fauna, and the behavior of these gentle giants. Upon locating a gorilla family, you will spend a memorable hour observing them up close in their natural habitat. After this remarkable encounter, proceed to Lake Bunyonyi, a stunning highland lake dotted with 29 picturesque islands. After checking in at your lodge, enjoy a peaceful canoe ride on the lake and relax in the tranquil surroundings. Enjoy a game drive as you enter the park, where you may spot a variety of wildlife such as impalas, zebras, giraffes, elands, topis, waterbucks, and buffaloes. Lake Mburo is also the only park in Uganda where impalas are commonly found, making it a unique and rewarding stop on your safari journey. 5.0/5Renai, recently prepared a bespoke trip for myself and son over 13 days. We can’t thank them enough for providing us with memories of a lifetime. Our guide and driver “Living” embraced our every need and want during the trip. He kept us entertained and was always seeking feedback on how he could assist us and make our trip better. I would highly recommend Renai to anyone wanting to experience the real Africa.

It was such A Memorable 4-Day Adventure with a Vibrant Guide! As students short on time during a study conference, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our break than with Renai Adventures. Our 4-day Rwanda safari was perfectly tailored to fit our tight schedule, allowing us to explore the country’s stunning natural beauty. The highlight of our trip was trekking to see the majestic mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park – a truly humbling and unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed an exciting game drive in Akagera National Park, where we spotted elephants, giraffes, and zebras roaming freely. Our guide, Mr. Yagala, was a standout – lively, engaging, and full of fascinating stories. He kept us entertained throughout the trip while ensuring everything ran smoothly. This adventure was short but packed with incredible memories, and we can’t recommend Renai Adventures enough!
