Duration
8-Day
Accra, Tanzania
This route is most preferred due to its beautiful scenery and a high summit success rate. It starts from west, beginning with a long drive from Moshi to Lemosho Gate. Lemosho route is a long route because it takes 7 or 8 days to complete, but 8 days is preferable for better acclimatization and summit success. The route join the Machame route at Shira camp and then follows the same route through the southern circuit and descending at Mweka Gate.
