Transport Transportation, transfers, excursions and tours shall be on our safari vehicles which include 4 x4 wheel drives, safari mini vans and saloon cars.

BookingsA deposit of 20% of the cost shall be required for any bookings not later than 30 days before the date of the safari.Payments All safaris must be fully paid for before commencement of the safari.Safari Orientations Unless the safari is private, the clients will share the safari facilities with the others.Clients are therefore advised to be good natures and enjoy being with each others.Be prepared to encounter customs and habits, which may be different from your own and forms part of the adventure.Changes in the itineraries The sequence of the itineraries is normally adheres to but the company reserves the right to make alternations occasioned by the weather, road works, high season congestion or any other unforeseen  circumstances. Any alternation by the client to the agreed itineraries should be done in the office. The company shall not be held reliable for any complains arising out of charges made between the client and the safari guide out of the office.

Cancellation In case a booing is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall apply.No show   100%1-7 days    75%7-14 days   50%Above 14 days   25%Liability The company liability to the passage carried in the vehicles for transfer, excursions and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya and all claims are subject to the court of Kenya. Whilst every care is taken, the company shall not be held liable for loss or damage of personal property and clients are advice to arrange relevant insurance. The company has a safe deposit and the clients are advised to deposit their valuables so that they don’t suffer any losses.Sub contract The company reserves the right to sub contract and part or the full safari and in the event of such sub- contract all the above terms shall apply.
