Overview
On arrival aboard our Arabian Style dhow with comfortable seating. Welcome on board by a cheery crew who will serve you Kenya coffee or tea, with biscuits, where all your equipment is supplied, and you only have to bring your towels, sun lotion, water-friendly shoes, hats, and swimming clothes. Lunch is served in a private garden by smiling Swahili Ladies and includes soft drinks and water. Be aware it is a typical coastal Muslim village, so swimwear should be appropriate to avoid embarrassment.

Pickup early in the morning from your accommodation in Diani or Mombasa. Drive to KWS floating jetty in Shimoni to arrive at about 8.30 a.m. On arrival, board our Arabian-style dhow. Motor and or sail as you look for Dolphins past Mpunguti ya juu & Mpunguti ya Chini on your way to Kisite National Marine Park. Guided snorkeling in the protected waters. Guides safely show the many varied fish and coral. Two snorkeling sites visited or extended snorkeling time – depending on the weather. Return to a private residence on Wasini Island, a Robinson Crusoe hideaway, for a delicious Crab and Fish lunch. Chicken and vegetarian options are available. Possibility of a short forest walk to or from lunch, depending on tides. You are guided back onto the dhow and cross the Wasini Channel to Shimoni. You will be back at your accommodation in Diani around 5:30 p.m. This is followed by a drive to Mombasa North for people staying there. People who are staying in Diani get a discount on the price.
