With picnic lunch boxes, spend the day exploring different sections of the reserve in search of the iconic Big Five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos. Depending on the season, you may witness the awe-inspiring great migration, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross the plains and rivers in search of greener pastures. The day also offers opportunities to spot cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, and a wide variety of birdlife. Return to camp in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight. Drive along the lakeshores where flocks of flamingos and other birdlife create a vibrant spectacle (season dependent). This short but rewarding game drive gives you a final taste of Nakuru’s rich ecosystem. The journey takes you across Kenya’s diverse landscapes, arriving in Amboseli in the evening.
