5.0/5After checking with many companies, we chose Josero Tours and Safaris. The company is new, but they were always warm, efficient and professional when helping us design the trip. They replied very quickly and even during the busy season they managed to book us some really nice hotels. Our trip was 10 days, covering several national parks in Kenya and Tanzania with multiple border crossings. The hotels and camps they booked were the best we could get within our budget. Almost every hotel/camp we stayed was better than I expected. During the whole journey, they kept checking in with us every day and were always available to help coordinate. When some unexpected situations came up, they were very active in helping us solve them. I feel they are still gaining experience, but they are full of passion and positivity and definitely will grow into one of the best company. L lot n We are really glad we chose Josero Tours and Safaris. Thank you for helping us make our safari dream come true!

Once in a life time, you should be here. I would definitely recommend my safari tour from the company Josero Tours and the best guide Roy! They helped me to make an unforgettable memory in Kenya, Josero Tours offered me with very good accommodations, especially Enkorok Mara Camp, I really enjoyed that luxury tent! I was always worrying about the safety, but when I came to Kenya, I found it was safe and sound. I would also thank Henry from Josero Tours for his kindly help. And our best guide Roy, he was very experienced about animals, he took us for a really long game drive from 5 AM to 18 PM to help us watch the pride family lions, elephants, black rhino, leopard and so many charming animals in such a close distance, and he really loved the animals that he would not bother them, we saw the big 5 within 2 days. It's really a fantastic tour, I shall be here again with my friends and family.

The whole team at Josero was great. Another tour operator cancelled a few days before our holiday and with less than 12 hours the Josero team designed and booked us a whole new holiday for our honeymoon. We highly recommend them. Very happy customers from Australia
