Depart Lusaka and travel north into Zambia’s Central Province, leaving the city behind as the landscape opens into rolling countryside and miombo woodland. The route gradually climbs toward the Muchinga Escarpment, offering scenic views and a sense of increasing remoteness. Arrive at Kundalila Falls, where the Kaombe River plunges dramatically over a granite cliff into a deep, misty gorge below.
