Day 2
Antananarivo - Antsirabe
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Queen’s Palace to learn about the monarchy of Madagascar. At the market, you will see colorful products and get a better understanding of the Malagasy lifestyle in general. After the visit, we will drive toward Antsirabe. On the way, we will have a quick stop at Ambatolampy to visit Madagascar’s pot-factory capital. Late in the afternoon, we arrive in Antsirabe. You can decide to have dinner at your hotel or be taken to a restaurant in town. Overnight in Antsirabe at Flower Palace hotel. Antsirabe - Morondava
Today early morning, we will continue further southwest on the National 34 road which links Antsirabe to Morondava. On the way, we will have several stops for getting nice pictures of the amazing landscape with mountains and zebus, gold mining as well as villager people around. Day 4
Morondava - Bekopaka
Today after breakfast, we will drive to Bekopaka - a village that is the gateway to the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park. We will drive through the Baobab Alley and will have a quick stop here to get the first feeling of this paradise. After the visit, we will drive through the forest of baobabs and see several villages and cross two different rivers on ferry boats. After the first ferry, we will stop to have lunch in the town called Belo sur Tsiribihina. After lunch, we will continue to Bekopaka. A few kilometers before Bekopaka, we will cross another river which is called the Manambolo River. After the ferry, we will drive for about half an hour to reach our hotel in Bekopaka for overnight. Day 5
Visit to the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park
Today, we will spend a day in nature discovering the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park which is home to many species of lemurs, birds, and reptiles. The Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the biggest protected area by the Malagasy State. In the park, we will see the cathedral from the viewpoint, the hanging bridge, and the many indigenous animals that live here such as the sifaka lemur and common brown lemur. We will also see wild birds and the biggest carnivore in Madagascar called the "fossa". We will also see different kinds of indigenous plants such as the palissandre. After lunch, we will continue our excursion into the smaller section of the park. Overnight in Bekopaka at Orchidée du Bemaraha hotel. Day 6
Bekopaka - Morondava
After breakfast, we will travel south to the city of Morondava. On our way, we will see the "In-love Baobab", which is the unique scene of two large intertwined baobab trees that have grown together. This tree symbolizes the union of two lovers and many couples come here to renew their love. We will then continue our drive to admire the most popular sunset in Madagascar - the sunset at Baobab Alley. The baobabs located in this region have been around for eight hundred years and it is one of the most popular attractions in Madagascar. After our sunset experience, we continue our drive to our final destination for the day - Morondava. Upon arrival, we will check into our hotel and settle in for the evening. Morondava - Antsirabe
After an early breakfast, we will head back to Antsirabe. On the way, we will enjoy visiting many villages including schools if this is something that interests you. Today, after a late breakfast at the hotel, we will drive back to Antananarivo. After breakfast, and depending on the flight time, we will drive to the Ivato Airport and board a domestic flight that will take us to the city of Nosy Be. Nosy Komba - Nosy Tanikely Excursion
On day 10, you will have free day to discover the Nosy Tanikely and Nosy Komba. In Nosy Tanikely you can do snorkelling activity as here is the one the best places to do it. After the snorkelling in Nosy Tanikely you sail on the other island of Nosy komba where you see lemurs and some reptiles like turtoise and chameleons. Nosy Iranja Island Excursion
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port of Nosy Be, embark on a speed boat, and head to Nosy Iranja which will take about 1 and a half hours. Nosy Iranja is a paradise island that is known to be one of the most spectacular islands of Madagascar. You will have lunch here and the food will be based on a combination of mixed seafood. You can do some snorkeling and visit the village of Nosy Iranja during your full day here. After your marine activity and village visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Nosy Be. Once we are settled in, we will continue the day with a visit to the upper city, the Manjakamiadana Palace, and the Andafiavaratra Museum which are historical places of Madagascar. On day 13 of our journey, which is also our last day together, we will have a free morning to shop for souvenirs to take home. During our shopping tour, we will look at the Malagasy craftwork, local spices, vanilla, and much more. After the shopping, we will prepare for our departure to Ivato International Airport. Soul of Madagascar is great agency. Reasonable price compare to other tour operators, very patient - as we were changing our routes a few times adding a new destination points, everything was done very well - a few times quality of the hotels exceeded our expectations. For 18-days safari it wasn't even one failure. Very good guide - Eric Zozo - he shared a lot of info, always helpful. We felt very well taken care of. Also, what is very important on very difficult Madagascar roads - very good drivers. I will always recommend this travel agency.

Perfect organisation and a very supportive team
We asked for an organised tour and everything went very smooth and the answers to our questions came immediately. We only had to transfer some money in advance to Madagaskar and we brought the rest in cash. The tour guide spoke a very good English and was always very informative and helpful. We had a wonderful time without worrying where to stay or how to get there. Don't underestimate distances because the roads are sometimes not very well maintained.

We had an amazing 5 day tour of Madagascar, thanks to the well organised itinerary done by Soul of Madagascar (Theresia).
